Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent a refrigerating action from being deteriorated by foods and reduce an irregular distribution of temperature by a method wherein a cold air feeding passage connected to a cold air discharging passage of a temperature adjustment device for a third chamber is arranged within a defined wall, and a case frame forming a cold air discharging passage having a plurality of cold air discharging holes and connected to the cold air feeding passage is mounted around a front surface of the third chamber. CONSTITUTION: A cold air feeding passage 19 extended to a third chamber 4 is connected to a third chamber cold air discharging passage 12, arranged in a partition wall 14. A case frame 20 opposing against a door 17 is arranged around a front surface of a third chamber 4, its upper part has a plurality of cold air discharging holes 21, and a cold air discharging passage 23 communicating with the third chamber cold air feeding passage 19 is formed by a communication port 22. Cold air controlled to a proper amount by a damper opening or closing device 10 is guided to a cold air discharging passage 23 through a cold air discharging passage 12 and the cold air feeding passage 19, cold air is supplied through a plurality of cold air discharging holes 21 toward the central part in front of an inner side of the third chamber 4, resulting in that dispersion of temperature or local freezing caused by arrangement of foods can be prevented, and concurrently, it is possible to collect irregular distribution of temperature caused by a structural aspect indicating a higher temperature at its inner front section than that of a rear part in the chamber.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To exclude any space through which an insulating material will leak, to reduce the number of manual steps and to decrease the number of parts, by placing a hollow box body, in which an inner box is housed, in a foaming mold, and filling an insulating material into the space in the hollow box body. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin is double-blow-molded into the hollow box body 21 that is provided with a fitting hole (E) at the projected section (D) for serving as heat exchange section. The inner box 22 is inserted along the inner walls (B) in the box body 21, the box body 21 is placed between an outer mold 14 and an inner mold 15, and a raw liquid of foamable heat insulating material 5 is filled in the space (C) to foam. By the foaming pressure, the inner box 22 is secured to the inner walls (B) of the hollow box body 21, and thus the firm contact of the inner walls (B) of the insulated box body 20 with the inner box 22 is completed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To carefully regulate temperature in a freezing refrigerator which can freeze/refrigerate and store food. CONSTITUTION:The controller for a freezing refrigerator comprises calculating means 23 for calculating temperature rising degrees of a freezing chamber, a cold storage chamber, atmospheric temperature detecting means 25, and temperature difference calculating means 24. A fuzzy inference processor 27 fuzzy logically calculates based on a temperature rising degree, an atmospheric temperature, a temperature difference and a control rule output from a memory 26, obtains a lowering width of a set temperature, and set temperature calculating means 28 regulates the set temperature based on it. A rotating speed of a compressor, a rotating speed of a fan, switching of a motor-driven damper are controlled according to its result.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a refrigerator with a defrosting chamber, safe, reduced in the unevenness of defrosting and capable of defrosting in a short period of time, in a refrigerating chamber by a method wherein the refrigerator is provided with a far- infrared heater, provided at the upper part of the defrosting chamber, a heater, adhered to the rear surface of a metallic bottom plate so as to be capable of transferring heat, two pieces of temperature fuses, connected to the far-infrared heater and the heater respectively and are connected in series, and a metallic reflecting plate, covering the upper surface of the far-infrared heater in the shape of a dome. CONSTITUTION:A far-infrared heater 34 is supported so as to be drooped by a metallic reflecting plate 39, made of aluminum of the like and formed so as to have the shape of a dome, through the holder 38 of synthetic resin having a high resistance to heat. A temperature fuse 39', connected to a far-infrared heater 34, is fixed to the reflecting plate 39 through an aluminum foil 40'. The reflecting plate 39 is formed integrally with the part of an inner case constituting both side walls and a deep wall in a defrosting chamber 15 while a multitude of vent holes 40 are formed on the flat surface parts at both sides of a ceiling dome. According to this method, defrosting, reduced in the variabilities of temperatures in the central part and surface parts, can be effected in a short period of time.
