    Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enable a UE to indicate a support for a minimum time separation between monitoring occasions of two DCI in which at least one of the two DCI is received from a base station using linked PDCCH repetition. In one aspect, a UE transmits information indicating support for a minimum time separation between monitoring occasions for a pair of linked PDCCH candidates comprising one or more repetitions of a first DCI and a second DCI. The UE monitors for at least one of the first DCI or the second DCI based on the indicated minimum time separation.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may communicate sidelink messages over one or more carriers. The UE may schedule a first sidelink message for transmission on a first resource of a first carrier of a set of carriers on which the UE is configured for sidelink carrier aggregation. After scheduling the first sidelink message, the UE may schedule a second sidelink message for transmission on a second resource of a second carrier that at least partially overlaps in time with the first resource. The UE may determine that a transmission capability of the UE pertaining to the overlapping sidelink transmissions has been exceeded by scheduling the second sidelink message and may pre-empt transmission of the first sidelink message in favor of transmission of the second sidelink message based on the transmission capability of the UE being exceeded.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a downlink communication associated with a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) communication. The UE may transmit the PUCCH communication via a secondary component carrier based at least in part on, for example, a primary component carrier having insufficient uplink resources for transmitting the PUCCH communication.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described in which a user equipment (UE) may provide a feedback message to a base station that includes a feedback report that indicates successful or unsuccessful receipt of multiple downlink transmissions, and also includes an indication of a number of unsuccessful receipts that are due to unsuccessful receipt of data channel communications. The indication of the number of unsuccessful receipts of data channel transmissions may be provided as a binary representation of the total number, or may be provided as a quantized value in which each quantized point is associated with a certain number of unsuccessfully received data channel transmissions.
