    Abstract: Provided are systems and methods for line volume calibration, and measurement of fluid samples delivered to an interrogation point. In various embodiments, a known fluid volume comprising a sample line fluid and a secondary fluid is delivered to a fluid boundary sensor. The fluid boundary sensor assists in determining the position of the boundaries between the various fluids, and the positions of these boundaries are used to determine the sample line fluid volume.

    Abstract: Various cell analysis systems of the present teachings can measure the electrical and metabolic activity of single, living cells with subcellular addressability and simultaneous data acquisition for between about 10 cells to about 500,000 cells in a single analysis. Various sensor array devices of the present teachings can have sensor arrays with between 20 million to 660 million ChemFET sensors built into a massively paralleled array and can provide for simultaneous measurement of cells with data acquisition rates in the kilohertz (kHz) range. As various ChemFET sensor arrays of the present teachings can detect chemical analytes as well detect changes in cell membrane potential, various cell analysis systems of the present teachings also provide for the controlled chemical and electrical interrogation of cells. The frame rate can be increased by selecting a smaller subset of pixels to monitor, i.e. by windowing down the area of a sensor array device over which data is collected.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods, compositions, kits, and systems useful in the determination and evaluation of the immune repertoire. In one aspect, target-specific primer panels provide for the effective amplification of nucleic acid sequences of murine T cell receptor and/or B cell receptor chains with improved sequencing accuracy and resolution over the repertoire. Variable regions associated with the immune cell receptor are resolved to effectively portray clonal diversity of a biological sample and/or differences associated with the immune cell repertoire of a biological sample.

    Abstract: Dialysis devices (100) include a frame (110) defined by a plurality of sidewalls that are impermeable to a sample being dialyzed, a pair of dialysis membranes (108) that are each associated with an opposing face of the plurality of sidewalls such that the plurality of sidewalls and the pair of dialysis membranes define a sample chamber (112), an outer shell (106) surrounding at least a portion of the pair of dialysis membranes, and a cap (102) selectively associated with the sample chamber. The cap can be selectively associated with the sample chamber via an attachment mechanism that is configured to provide aural and/or haptic feedback when the cap forms a tight association with the sample chamber. The cap can be a sensor cap having one or more probes for measuring at least one property of fluid inside and/or outside the sample chamber and a transmitter for transmitting data captured at the probe(s) to a destination device.
