저장탱크에서 배출된 증발가스를 가압한 후 일부는 선박 엔진의 연료로 사용하고 나머지는 저장탱크로부터 새롭게 배출되는 증발가스의 냉열로 액화시켜 저장탱크로 복귀시킴으로써, 증발가스를 효율적으로 사용할 수 있도록 하는 선박의 증발가스 처리 시스템 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 선박의 증발가스 처리 시스템은, 상기 저장탱크로부터 배출된 증발가스를 공급받아 압축하는 압축수단과; 상기 압축수단에서 압축된 증발가스 중 적어도 일부의 증발가스를 연료로서 공급받는 중압 가스 엔진과; 상기 중압 가스 엔진에 연료로서 공급되지 않은 나머지 증발가스를 상기 저장탱크에서 배출된 후 압축되기 전의 증발가스와 열교환하는 열교환수단과; 상기 열교환수단에서 냉각된 상기 나머지 증발가스의 압력을 감소시키는 팽창수단; 을 포함한다.

증발가스 처리 시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명의 증발가스 처리 시스템은, 선박 또는 부유식 구조물의 LNG 저장탱크에서 발생하는 증발가스를 압축하는 압축기; 상기 압축기에서 압축된 상기 증발가스를 상기 압축기로 도입될 증발가스와 열교환으로 냉각시키는 열교환기; 상기 열교환기에서 냉각된 상기 증발가스를 단열팽창시키는 팽창수단; 상기 팽창수단에서 단열팽창된 상기 증발가스를 기액 분리하고 액화천연가스를 상기 LNG 저장탱크로 공급하는 상 분리기; 및 상기 팽창수단의 하류로부터 단열팽창된 상기 증발가스를 상기 상 분리기의 하류로 공급하는 바이패스 라인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

선박용 엔진의 하이브리드 연료공급 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 선박용 엔진의 하이브리드 연료공급 방법은, 선박용 엔진의 연료공급 방법에 있어서, 선박의 LNG 저장탱크에 저장된 LNG에서 발생하는 BOG가 선박용 엔진의 연료 필요량을 충족하면 BOG를 압축시켜 공급하고, BOG의 발생량이 연료 필요량보다 적으면 LNG를 압축 및 강제기화시켜 선박용 엔진으로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

A hybrid fuel supply system and method for ship engines are disclosed. In a fuel supply system for ship engines, the hybrid fuel supply system and method for the ship engines of the present invention comprises a first passage connected to an liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage tank in a ship to supply boil off gas (BOG) generated from an LNG stored in the LNG storage tank to a high-pressure gas injection engine in the ship; a second passage pumping and vaporizing the LNG stored in the LNG storage tank in the ship to supply the high-pressure gas injection engine; and a compressor provided at the first passage to compress the BOG, wherein the high-pressure injection engine uses a high-pressure gas compressed up to 150 to 300 bar as a fuel.

The present invention relates to a system and a method for processing boil-off gas in an offshore structure to efficiently use boil-off gas. According to the present invention, most of the boil-off gas discharged from a storage tank is used as the fuel of a high-pressure natural gas jetting engine in an offshore structure after compressed, and some of the rest is returned to the storage tank after liquefied by the cold heat of the boil-off gas newly discharged from the storage tank. According to the present invention, the system for processing boil-off gas in an offshore structure having the storage tank for storing the liquefied natural gas and the high-pressure natural gas jetting engine using the boil-off gas discharged from the storage tank as the fuel comprises: a boil-off gas compression part for compressing the boil-off gas receiving from the storage tank; the high-pressure natural gas jetting engine which uses the boil-off gas compressed by the boil-off gas compression part as the fuel; a heat exchanger for liquefying some of the boil-off gas which is not supplied to the high-pressure natural gas jetting engine among the boil-off gas; and the storage tank to which the boil-off gas liquefied by the heat exchanger is returned. Also, the present invention provides the method for processing boil-off gas using the system.

PURPOSE: A fuel supply system with a heat exchanger for recovering cold energy is provided to reduce the energy needed for re-liquefying evaporation gas. CONSTITUTION: A fuel supply system with a heat exchanger for recovering cold energy comprises a storage tank(11), a unit(13) for compressing evaporation gas, a re-liquefying device(60), a high pressure pump(33), a high pressure vaporizer(37), and a heat exchanger(70) for recovering cold energy. The high pressure vaporizer liquefies the evaporation gas compressed in the high pressure pump. The heat exchanger is installed in the upper stream of the high pressure vaporizer, and recovers the cold energy from the evaporation gas. The heat exchanger is a three fluid heat exchanger, in which three kinds of fluids are not mixed and heat exchanged inside.

CONSTITUTION: A fuel supply system comprises a storage tank(11), a unit(13) for compressing evaporation gas, a re-liquefying device(60), a re-condenser, a high pressure pump(33), a high pressure vaporizer(37), a heat exchanger for recovering cold energy, and a pre-heater for the evaporation gas. The heat exchanger is installed in the upper stream of the high pressure vaporizer. The heat exchanger recovers the cold energy from the evaporation gas to be vaporized in the high pressure vaporizer. The pre-heater for the evaporation gas heat exchanges the evaporation gas discharged from the storage tank with the evaporation gas compressed in the unit. The evaporation gas discharged from the storage tank is compressed at12~45bara.
