Since 4-(phenylamino)-[1,4]dioxano[2,3-g]quinazoline derivatives of the invention have a high solubility in water and inhibit the activity of EGFR tyrosine kinase and the growth of cancer cells, they can be practically applied in the treatment of overproliferation-associated diseases such as cancer.

PURPOSE: Mud increased in porosity by heating mud and removing waste matter to maintain an absorption property when mixed with another skin cosmetic component is provided. A cosmetic composition made by mixing the mud with crude drug has effects on whitening the skin and contracting the pores of the skin. CONSTITUTION: Mud is ground to a size of 100mm or less, heated to 200 to 550deg.C to increase porosity and ground to 300 meshes or less. The cosmetic composition comprises 70 to 95% by weight of porous mud, 5 to 95% by weight of dried powder of crude drug selected from the group consisting of Menthae Herba, Lonicerae Flos, Hoelen, talc, Liriopis Tuber, Astragali Radix, Glycyrrhizae Radix and Armeniacae Semen. PURPOSE: Provided is an RNA sequence, which binds to siallyl Lewis (sLe X), of a cancer cell with high specificity and affinity. Also, a method for detecting sLe X using the RNA sequence is provided. The RNA is excellent in binding strength or molecular specificity, therefore, it is useful in detecting the cancer cell and in developing a therapeutic agent thereof. CONSTITUTION: The RNA is selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO : 1 - SEQ ID NO : 19 and has the binding specificity and the affinity to sLe X which is a cell surface marker related to an inflammation and a metastasis. The RNA sequence is selected by the steps of preparing the RNA library, fixing the sLe X with CNBr-activating Sepharose 4B and carrying out a systematic evolution of ligand by exponential enrichment (SELEX) method.
