Abstract: 본 발명은 찹쌀을 침지액에 침지시키고, 침지된 찹쌀을 분쇄하여 소정형상으로 성형하고, 성형물을 건조하여 유탕팽화시킨 후 소정의 재료를 착의하는 공정을 포함하는 전통적인 유과의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 찹쌀의 침지액은 A: 당질 분해효소, 단백질 분해효소, 지질분해효소에서 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 효소; 또는/및 B: 상기 A군에 속하는 적어도 1종 이상의 효소를 분비하거나 산을 생성하는 미생물을 포함하는 유과의 제조방법을 제공한다.
상기 구성에 의하면, 전통적인 유과공정을 유지하면서 24시간 이내에 침지공정을 완료할 수 있으며, 팽화율, 조직감, 풍미 등의 품질특성이 우수한 유과의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing bean-curd which improves its textural property to be soft as well as a taste and flavor by fermentation using Actinomucor, Mucor, Rhizopus, and Aspergillus sp. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing bean-curd having improved textural properties is characterized by comprising the steps of: homogenizing soy milk of which concentration is regulated into 10-15 wt.%; heating the soy milk, followed by addition of a gelling agent, homogenization and steaming; and quick-freezing the pre-treated soy milk and homogenizing it by addition of deep water or a mixture of deep water and a bean-curd coagulant.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for getting powdery green tea soluble in cold water is provided, which is obtained by pulverizing leaves of green tea and adding dispersion assistant, thus it can be taken without stirring. Abstract: PURPOSE: A high-resolution object testing device using terahertz waves is provided to focus all terahertz waves supplied to a target object by positioning a focusing lens on a projecting position, thereby improving the performance of testing the target object. CONSTITUTION: A high-resolution object testing device using terahertz waves (1) includes a terahertz wave supply unit (100), a focusing lens (200), a rotary plate (300), and a terahertz wave detecting unit. The terahertz wave supply unit generates terahertz waves and moves a route of the terahertz waves according to time and supplies the terahertz waves to a target object (10). The focusing lens is arranged between the terahertz supply unit and the target object and focuses the terahertz waves supplied by the terahertz wave supply unit. The rotary plate is formed into a plate shape and includes a plurality of focusing lenses having different distances from the center. The rotary plate is rotated in the circumferential direction so that at least one focusing lens is arranged on a progressing route of the terahertz waves. Abstract: PURPOSE: A recombinant expression vector for searching a therapeutic agent for treating obesity or diabetes and a searching method using the same are provided to develop the therapeutic agent. CONSTITUTION: A leptin receptor promoter has a base of sequence number 2. The promoter contains a base selected from sequence numbers 3-15. The promoter contains a base of sequence number 9 or 1. A recombinant vector contains the promoter and a reporter gene. The reporter gene is luciferase, HRP(horseraddish peroxidase) or alkaline phosphatase. A cell line transformed with the recombinant vector is ORp-HEK293(KCTC 11920BP). A method for searching a therapeutic agent for treating obesity or diabetes comprises: a step of treating a candidate material for treating obesity or diabetes to a cell line and a step of confirming expression level of the leptin receptor.
