Abstract: PURPOSE: A quick construction method of a rigid reinforcement roadbed using an assembly panel and a filler and a rigid reinforcement roadbed rapidly constructed by the same are provided to be easily applied to a downtown area et cetera in which securing a site is difficult by enabling a rapid construction and to improve the stability of a rigid reinforcement roadbed. CONSTITUTION: A rigid reinforcement roadbed includes a banking portion(200) and a side wall body(100). The banking portion is constructed by successively laminating a banking layer(220) by using a reference frame(210). The side wall body is constructed in the one side or both sides of the transverse direction of the banking portion, and supports the banking portion.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A track structure with a concrete-filled steel pipe and a construction method thereof are provided to control track irregularity by directly installing a rail fastener on a concrete-filled steel pipe. CONSTITUTION: A track structure(100) using a concrete-filled steel pipe comprises two rails(110), steel pipes(120), spacers(130), rail fasteners(140), base plates(150), fixing studs(160), and fill concrete. The rails guide the wheels of a train. The steel pipes are installed on the bottoms of the rails and support the load of the train. The spacers are welded between the steel pipes to maintain the gap between the rails. The rail fasteners elastically fasten the rails to the tops of the steel pipes. The base plates are attached to the surfaces of the steel pipes and fix the rail fasteners to the steel pipes. The fixing studs fix the base plates to the top surfaces of the steel pipes. The fill concrete is filled in the steel pipes to reduce vibration.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A sleeper for decreasing irregularity of a track is provided to prevent an accident by preventing the distortion of a rail by maximizing frictional force between a sleeper and gravel, to prevent the maintenance expenses for a track and to improve the speed of a train. CONSTITUTION: The sleeper for decreasing irregularity of a track contains rail grooves(1) formed on both upper parts to narrow toward the lower part, and a friction unit(10) formed to increase the frictional force with gravels between sleepers, wherein the friction unit(10) contains a curved surface(11) formed toward the center of the straight sleeper.
