    Abstract: The invention relates to a process for obtaining a pure aliphatic dialdehyde monoacetal by reaction of the corresponding aliphatic dialdehyde or a precursor of the corresponding aliphatic dialdehyde with one or more aliphatic mono- or polyhydric alcohols while distillatively removing water to obtain a reaction mixture which is separated distillatively, which comprises carrying out the distillative separation continuously in a dividing wall column to obtain pure aliphatic dialdehyde monoacetal as a sidestream from the dividing wall column, or in two distillation columns to obtain crude aliphatic dialdehyde monoacetal as a sidestream in the first distillation column, feed the crude aliphatic dialdehyde monoacetal to the second distillation column and obtain pure aliphatic dialdehyde monoacetal as the sidestream from the second distillation column.

    Abstract: Procedimiento para la preparación de terc-butilaminas secundarias asimétricas de fórmula I en la que R se selecciona del grupo de hidrógeno, restos alifáticos lineales o ramificados con uno a 15 átomos de carbono, restos cicloalifáticos con 5 a 10 átomos de carbono, restos aralquilo o restos fenilo, que pueden estar sustituidos en la posición o, m y/o p con restos alifáticos con uno a 4 átomos de carbono, mediante aminación continua de alcoholes de fórmula II o aldehídos de fórmula III con terc-butilamina e hidrógeno en fase gaseosa en presencia de catalizadores de hidrogenación, que comprende las siguientes etapas: (i) preparación de un reactor cargado con el catalizador de hidrogenación (ii) calentamiento del reactor a temperaturas en el intervalo de 60 a 240° C y aplicación de una presión en el 10 intervalo de 100 a 10000 kPa (1 a 100 bar), (iii) adición continua de hidrógeno, terc-butilamina y un alcohol de fórmula II o un aldehído de fórmula en el reactor tras la etapa (ii), en donde la relación molar de alcohol de fórmula II o aldehído de fórmula III a terc-butilamina se encuentra en el intervalo de 0,5 a 1 a 1,4 a 1 y R tanto para el alcohol de fórmula II como también para el aldehído de fórmula III tiene el mismo significado que R en la fórmula I (iv) enfriamiento y descompresión del reactor y retirada de la descarga de hidrogenación obtenida de la etapa (iii).

    Abstract: A process is described for preparing 3-pentenenitrile, characterized by the following process steps: (a) isomerizing a reactant stream which comprises 2-methyl-3-butenenitrile over at least one dissolved or dispersed isomerization catalyst to give a stream 1 which comprises the at least one isomerization catalyst, 2-methyl-3-butenenitrile, 3-pentenenitrile and (Z)-2-methyl-2-butenenitrile, (b) distilling stream 1 to obtain a stream 2 as the top product which comprises 2-methyl-3-butenenitrile, 3-pentenenitrile and (Z)-2-methyl-2-butenenitrile, and a stream 3 as the bottom product which comprises the at least one isomerization catalyst, (c) distilling stream 2 to obtain a stream 4 as the top product which, compared to stream 2, is enriched in (Z)-2-methyl-2-butenenitrile, based on the sum of all pentenenitriles in stream 2, and a stream 5 as the bottom product which, compared to stream 2, is enriched in 3-pentenenitrile and 2-methyl-3-butenenitrile, based on the sum of all pentenenitriles in stream 2, (d) distilling stream 5 to obtain a stream 6 as the bottom product which comprises 3-pentenenitrile and a stream 7 as the top product which comprises 2-methyl-3-butenenitrile.
