Abstract: La invención se refiere a un método para producir un polvo aspersor que contiene uno o más derivados de glicina-ácido N,Ndiacético de la fórmula general (I) MOOC-CHR-N(CH2COOM)2 (I), R significa alquilo de C1-12 y M significa metal alcalino, partiendo de una solución acuosa que contiene el uno o más derivados de glicina- ácido N,N-diacético, que se seca por aspersión al agregar aire, caracterizado además porque la solución acuosa contiene el uno o más derivados de glicina-ácido N,N-diacético a una fracción de = 84% en peso relativo al peso total de la masa seca, y porque el secad por aspersión ocurre en un aparato de secado, al cual la solución acuosa y el aire se alimentan en flujo paralelo, con un gradiente de temperatura entre la solución acuosa y el aire en el rango de 70 a 350°C, y porque en el aparato de secado, la solución acuosa se atomiza en las gotas líquidas finas al ser guiada en uno o más discos, los cuales rotan a una velocidad circunferencial de = 100 m/s, o al ser comprimida por medio de una bomba aun presión de = 20 bar absoluto e introducida en el aparato de secado a esta presión por medio de una o más boquillas.
