    Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate separating and decomposing processes at the time of exhausting and to expedite recyclizing of a material by incorporating a foamed heat insulator between an inner box and an outer box, and interposing a mold release sheet between the inner, outer boxes and the insulator. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulation box used for a refrigerator, a display case, etc., is formed by incorporating a foamed heat insulator 4 between a plastic inner box 2 and an outer box 2 brought into contact with an iron plate, and comprises a mold release sheet 5 interposed between the inner, outer boxes 2, 3 and the insulator 4 on the entire surface. As the sheet 5, a paraffin sheet, a PVC sheet, a PP sheet, a PE sheet, etc., having no adhesive properties with the insulator 4 is used. The box 2 is covered on its outside with the sheet 5 before the insulator 4 is injected, and the sheet 5 is inserted along the inside of the box 4. When the boxes 2, 3 processed in this manner are engaged, the sheet 5 is simultaneously caulked to be assembled.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To bond a cap door with a urethane insulation material firmly and enhance structure strength by planting hair all over the surfaces which come in contact with the urethane insulation material of the resin-made cap door in the U-shaped cross section. CONSTITUTION:An insulation door comprises a door front iron sheet 3, a U-shaped cross section cap door which is injection-molded with Freon 123-resistant resin or Freon 141b resistant resin and an urethane insulation material 6 which uses as a foaming agent Freon 123 or Freon 14b integrally expanded in a box-shaped space comprising the cap door 7 and the iron sheet 3. After a bonding agent 10 is applied to the whole surface which comes in contact with the insulation material 6 of the cap door 7, there fixedly adheres a planted air surface 9, which comprises natural fiber and chemical fiber-made short fiber according to an electric hair planting process. The penetration of the planted hair into the insulation material 6 makes it possible to bond the insulation material 6 with the cap door 7 based on the anchor effect physically and powerfully as well.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the formation of rigid polyurethane foam of low density and low compression strength by providing a door front iron sheet and a reinforcing plate made of an insulated iron sheet and expanding integrally a rigid polyurethane foam insulating material in a box-shaped space between the door front iron board and the reinforcing plate. CONSTITUTION:In the door of this refrigerator, a reinforcing plate 3 is covered with a rigid urethane foam-made insulation material 6 where a rigid polyurethane foam insulation material 4 is integrally expanded in a box-shaped space which comprises the reinforcing plate 3 covered with the insulation material 6 and a door front iron sheet. The reaction heat of the rigid polyurethane foam 4 is arranged not to hinder the formation of foams of the rigid polyurethane foam insulation material 4 even near the reinforcing plate 3 since this construction reduces the heating value absorbed by the reinforcing plate 3 cut off by the rigid polyurethane foam insulation material 6. More specifically, this construction prevents the formation of low density and low compression polyurethane foam and provides a favorable outside view.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a heat insulating box body, never generating a zone not filled with foamed heat insulating material, by bending a reinforcing plate previously so as to meet the configurations of side surfaces of both freezing and refrigerating chambers having different widths. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating box body is constituted of inner boxes, consisting of upper and lower two chambers 2, 3 arranged with an interval, an outer casing 8, receiving the inner boxes with a gap, reinforcing plates 5, fixed to two inner chambers with adhesive tapes 6, 7 so as to bridge the side surfaces of the two chambers 2, 3, and foamed heat insulating material 10, filled into a space formed of the inner boxes and the outer casing. Bending works are applied on the reinforcing plates 5 previously with an angle, coping with the difference between the width of a freezing chamber 2 and the width of a refrigerating chamber 3, so that the upper end parts 5a become parallel to the lower end parts 5b of the reinforcing plates 5. Accordingly, no levitated gap is generated when both end parts 5a, 5b of the reinforcing plates 5 are fixed to the outside surfaces of the freezing chamber 2 and the refrigerating chamber 3 with the adhesive tapes 6, 7 and, therefore, the generation of a zone not filled with the foamed heat insulating material 10 can be prevented and the stagnation of the foamable agent can be eliminated whereby the deformation of the side wall surfaces of the freezing chamber 2 and the refrigerating chamber 3 can be prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent deformation of a heat insulating door due to cooling by a method wherein a molded product made of foamed styrol in the shape of the tip of the protrusion of an inner plate is temporarily locked to the lower part of the protrusion of the inner plate by means of a tape. CONSTITUTION:In manufacture of a heat insulating door, a molded product 12 of foamed styrol formed in the same shape as that of a tip 9 of a protrusion 7 is temporarily locked to a lower part 11 of the protrusion 7 of an inner plate 3 by means of a tape and the like. When an outer plate 2 is incorporated in a frame material 5 and a foaming heat insulating material 6 is injected in a space formed with the outer plate and the frame material to fix the inner plate 3, the foaming heat insulating material 6 is risen, and the molded product 12 is pushed up to raise the molded prod 12 to the tip 9 of the protrusion 7. As a result, even when no air bleed hole is formed, air reservoir occurs, and even when a heat insulating door 13 is cooled through cooling operation, the tip of the protrusion of the inner plate can be prevented from deformation.

CONSTITUTION:An aluminum foil adhesive tape 9 is glued in a suitable position on the inner casing 3, and the sealed space 4 in the heat insulating cabinet 1 is filled with the foam insulating material 5. By this constitution, even if an ignitable chemical 6 such as fuming nitric acid, etc. is accidentally spilled to melt the inner casing 3 to have a hole 7 therein and a hole 7 in the tape 9 to ultimately react with the insulating material 5 to generate heat, the heat is dissipated through the tape 9 around the hole 7, and so, the time up to the point of ignition can be delayed and the encroachment of fire to the interior of the foam insulating material can be delayed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent cooling pipes from being corroded due to dew condensation on them by improving the heat conduction between the outer casing and the pipes in the inner casing zone by using a thermally conductive and corrosion-resistant hot melt for fastening the plastic inner casing and the cooling pipes, for treating the cooling pipes for corrosion resistance, and for fastening the outer casing and the heat radiating pipes. CONSTITUTION:The cooling pipes 5 are temporarily set just off of the inner casing 3 and the heat radiation pipes 6 just off of the outer casing 2 similarly, and then, the thermally conductive and corrosion-resistant hot melt 8 is applied to them for bonding. The hot melt 8 contains carbon powder 10 and metallic oxide powder in the base of atactic polypropylene 9. Because the metallic oxide 11 has a greater specific gravity, the thermally conductive and corrosion-resistant metallic oxide powder 11 and the corrosion-resistant atactic polypropylene 9 get between the inner casing 3 and the cooling pipes 5, and between the outer casing and the heat radiation pipes 6. The inner casing 3 is set inside the outer casing 2 with the closed space 13 filled with a heat insulating material 4. As the heat insulating material 4 does not enter between the inner casing 3 and the cooling pipes 5 and between the outer casing 2 and the heat radiation pipes 6, the heat exchange takes place efficiently, and, because the cooling pipes 5 are covered with the hot melt 8, they are prevented from being corroded due to condensation thereon.
