PURPOSE: A sliming composition containing interleukin-17(IL-17) is provided to suppress adipocyte differentiation and to reduce lipid level in differentiated adipocyte. CONSTITUTION: A sliming composition contains interleukin-17(IL-17) as an active ingredient. The IL-17 includes IL-17A or IL-17F. The adipocyte is obtained by differentiating mesenchymal stem cell. The composition increases the number or size of lipid droplet inside the adipocytes. The composition is a pharmaceutical, cosmetic or functional composition. The active ingredient is contained in 0.001-100 weight% based on total weight.

PURPOSE: A composition containing L-cystathionine, cystathionine or mixture thereof is provided to ensure excellent sliming effect through suppression of adipocyte differentiation. CONSTITUTION: A composition for sliming contains L-cystathionine, cystathionine or mixture thereof as an active ingredient. The composition suppresses adipocyte differentiation. The differentiation of adipocytes is differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells to adipocytes. The composition contains 0.0001-30 weight% of active ingredient based on total weight.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic or pharmaceutical composition containing decursin is provided to enhance the number of epidermal keratinocyte stem cells(KSC) and ensure anti-aging. CONSTITUTION: A composition for proliferating epidermal keratinocyte stem cells contains decursin as an active ingredient. The decursin is obtained from Angelica gigas Nakai ethanol extract or Angelica gigas Nakai supercritical extract. The Angelica gigas Nakai ethanol extract is obtained by adding ethanol, stirring and removing solvent. The Angelica gigas Nakai supercritical extract is obtained by preparing micro powder, and purifying using silica gel column chromatography. A cosmetic composition and a pharmaceutical composition for anti-aging contain a composition containing decursin as an active ingredient.

PURPOSE: A method for measuring skin moisturizing capacity is provided to simply measure skin moisturizing capacity of a candidate material by measuring moisture retention capacity of a green-lentil jelly coated on the candidate material. CONSTITUTION: A green-lentil jelly is spread on a candidate material. The skin moisturizing capacity of the candidate material is evaluated by measuring the skin moisturizing retention of the green-lentil jelly. The evaluation of the skin moisturizing capacity is performed by analyzing an image about the moisture retention capacity of the green-lentil jelly. The moisture retention capacity of the green-lentil jelly is evaluated by measuring the contraction and a curve of the green-lentil jelly. The moisture retention capacity of the green-lentil jelly is in inverse proportion to the contraction and the curve of the moisture retention capacity. The contraction of the green-lentil jelly is measured by evaluating the thickness and the cross section of the green-lentil jelly.

본 발명은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 3-클로로-5-치환-퀴녹살린-2-아민 유도체 및 약제학적으로 허용 가능한 그의 염, 그의 제조방법 및 그를 유효성분으로 함유하는 SPC 수용체 활성으로 유발되는 염증관련 질환에 유용한 그의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 3-클로로-5-치환-퀴녹살린-2-아민 유도체는 사람으로부터 유래된 진피세포 및 마우스를 이용한 동물실험을 통하여 항염증 효과를 검색한 결과, SPC 수용체에 대한 우수한 억제활성을 규명함으로써, 상기 3-클로로-5-치환-퀴녹살린-2-아민 유도체 및 약제학적으로 허용 가능한 그의 염을 유효성분으로 함유하여 SPC 수용체 활성으로 유발되는 아토피성 피부염, 기타 질환에서 나타나는 염증, 소양증 또는 피부 감염증에 유효한 염증관련 질환 치료제로서 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
