본 발명은 수수 천연색소 추출물 또는 이로부터 분리한 폴리페놀 화합물을 포함하는 항박테리아 또는 항바이러스 활성을 가지는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 수수 천연색소 추출물 또는 이 추출물로부터 분리된 폴리페놀 화합물인 아피게닌, 아피게니니딘, 루테올린, 루테올리니딘이 뉴라미니데이즈 효소 억제 활성을 가지고 있으므로, 상기한 수수 천연색소 추출물 또는 이 추출물로부터 분리된 폴리페놀 화합물을 유효성분으로 포함시켜 항박테리아 또는 항바이러스 활성을 가지는 의약품, 식품 첨가제 또는 사료 첨가제 용도로 사용하는 조성물에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A natural pigment using a sorghum byproduct contains a functional active component such as anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, and antibacterial and maintain inherent colors for a long time and having excellent storage stability according to pH conditions. CONSTITUTION: A natural pigment extract of a sorghum byproduct with anti-oxidation and antibacterial activity is obtained by pulverizing the sorghum byproduct and extracting the pulverized material of the sorghum byproduct by a lower alcohol under the presence of an acid. The lower alcohol is methanol or ethanol. The byproduct is a leaf or a stem of sorghum. The acid is selected from hydrochloric acid, the citric acid, and the acetic acid, and malic acid. An anti-oxidation and antibiotic cosmetic composition, a pharmaceutical composition, and food additives contain the natural pigment extract as an active ingredient. PURPOSE: Zein nanofiber which contains sorghum extract is provided to show high antibiosis and be used in the field of medical treatment and beauty treatment due to no cytotoxicity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of Zein nanofiber that has wrinkled nanofiber surface containing sorghum extract to improve heat-resisting and antibiotic comprises the manufacturing step of spinning solution and a step of electric radiation. The step of manufacturing spinning solution manufactures the blend solution by dissolving Zein which is a native protein extracted from corns, sorghum, and the sorghum byproduct extract in the solution. The electric radiation step electrically radiates the spinning solution. The extract of the sorghum or the sorghum byproduct is characterized as being the golden Sorghum bicolor L. Moench extract. The sorghum byproduct extract is characterized as being the golden sorghum stem extract and the golden sorghum leaf extract. The component of the sorghum extract and the sorghum byproduct extract is chemical formula 1 or chemical formula 2. PURPOSE: A composition containing a natural pigment extract of sorghum or polyphenol compounds such as apigenin, apigeninidine, luteolin, and luteolinidine is provided to suppress neuraminidase activity, and to be used as a pharmaceutical product, a food additive, or a feed additive with antibacterial or antiviral activity. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition as an antibacterial agent or an antiviral agent contains a natural pigment extract of sorghum and suppresses neuraminidase. The pharmaceutical composition contains one or more kinds of polyphenol compounds selected among apigenin of chemical formula 1, apigeninidine of chemical formula 2, luteolin of chemical formula 3, and luteolinidine of chemical formula 4. A food additive with antibacterial or antiviral activity contains the one or more kinds of polyphenol compounds as active ingredients. A method for preparing the extract comprises the step of extracting sorghum powder with a methanol solvent containing 0.1-1% of hydrochloric acid at 5-40 deg. C.

PURPOSE: A producing method of rice paper having soft eating texture is provided to prevent the generation of bad smell from the rice paper by using rice and potato starch in the predetermined ratio. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of rice paper having soft eating texture comprises the following steps: soaking rice in water for 1-24 hours at 20-40 deg C; mixing 100 parts of water soaked rice by weight with 30-70 parts of water by weight, and crushing the mixture before drying to obtain rice powder; mixing the rice powder with potato starch, and adding more water and salt into the mixture to obtain dough; spreading the dough on a fabric, and steaming the dough; firstly drying the steamed product at 30-60 deg C for 30 minutes-2 hours in 60-80% humidity; secondly drying the product at room temperature in 60-80% of relative humidity; and cutting and packaging the dried product. The rice powder is mixed with 10-90wt% of potato starch.
