본 발명은 생리활성이 유지된 에멀젼 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 좀 더 자세하게는 알리나아제, 키토산, 계면활성제 및 오일을 균질화하여 조성물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 생리활성을 유지시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 마늘 추출물의 제조 방법은 추출물의 저장안정성을 유지시켜 마늘 추출물의 유효성분인 알리나아제의 생리활성을 오랜 기간 유지시킬 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A composition containing MeJA-treated buckwheat sprouts is provided to ensure excellent anti-obesity and body fat reduction effects and to be used as a medicine or a functional food. CONSTITUTION: A composition for treating obesity or reducing body fat contains buckwheat sprouts, which is treated with jasmonic acid or methyl jasmonate and cultivated, a crushed material thereof, or an extract thereof as an active ingredient. A health functional food for treating obesity or reducing body fat contains the composition. A pharmaceutical product for treating obesity or reducing body fat contains the composition. A method for cultivating buckwheat sprouts for enhancing anti-obesity or body fat reduction effects comprises a step of treating the buckwheat sprouts with jasmonic acid or methyl jasmonate.

PURPOSE: A citrus washing apparatus is provided to improve the washing efficiency for various kinds of citruses with different sizes, and to reduce the processing cost. CONSTITUTION: A citrus washing apparatus comprises the following: a transfer unit(120) installed on a frame(110) for rotating citruses after adjusting the interval of the citruses by the size; a washing unit(130) rotating while spraying washing water for washing the citruses, installed on the frame; a drive motor(121) installed on one side of the frame; first and second revolving chains(123,124) forming a closed loop to the longitudinal direction of the frame, rotated by a gear(121a) operating by a rotary shaft of the drive motor; a support bar with both ends supporting the revolving chains; and a rotating roller(129) for rotating the citruses by being rotatably installed on the support bar.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing raw pepper powder is provided to improve productivity by preventing the aggregation of the raw pepper powder, to manufacture hygienic raw pepper powder by removing microorganism and residual agricultural medicines, and to collect the raw pepper powder by a particle size or a weight. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing raw pepper powder comprises: an input unit(100) for inputting pulverized raw pepper material having a size of 5mm or less; an air supply unit(200) for supplying air including ozone of 0.04-0.5 ppm; a path(300) which forms a route of the pulverized raw pepper material along air flow; a flow rate control unit(400) which controls the velocity of the air; a drying unit(500) for drying the pulverized raw pepper material using microwave; a mixing unit(600) which mixes the air with the dried pulverized red pepper material; a plurality of collection units(700) for sequentially collecting the dropping pulverized raw pepper material by a size; and a filter unit(800) which is arranged on the route of the pulverized raw pepper material and filters the pulverized raw pepper material.

A method of desalting salted food using a desalted water producing apparatus without underground water or municipal water is provided to reduce the desalting time to about 2.5 days and produce the salted food with extremely low salt concentration. Salted food is put into desalted water and subjected to desalting for 10 to 80hr in a first step and desalting with fresh desalted water for 1 to 80hr in a second step. The desalted water is obtained with a desalted water producing apparatus comprising an anode plate to apply a positive electrode and a cathode plate which is alternatively disposed with the anode plate to apply more or less of a negative electrode than the anode plate. The anode plate and cathode plate are disposed perpendicular to the flow direction of water in the body. The desalting process contains air bubbling at 30 to 45deg.C.

A PCM(Phase Change Material) manufacturing device is provided to allow specific gravity of PCM to be homogenous, and recover the used PCM so as to make cold storage by rapidly cooling the PCM to desired temperature and preventing precipitation. A PCM(Phase Change Material) manufacturing device comprises a PCM supply tank(100), a PCM storage tank(200) and a cooling device(310). The PCM supply tank includes a supply valve(18) for supplying PCM(101) to the outside, and a mixing unit(210,211,212,213) for mixing the inside PCM to become homogenous. The PCM storage tank has a supply pipe for supplying the PCM to the PCM supply tank, a re-input pipe for receiving feedback of the PCM again from the PCM supply tank and the mixing unit for mixing the inside PCM to become homogenous. The cooling device supplies refrigerant to a heat exchange unit(300) installed inside the PCM storage tank, and supplies cool heat to the PCM.
