The release lever is hinged to the upper frame by a middle end(320). The release lever is locked or unlocked by hanging one end(340) thereof to the lower or upper frame along with a rotation. The release motor is connected to the other end(360) of the release lever by extending a shaft(520). The release motor locks or unlocks the release lever by pushing and pulling the shaft according the rotation of a driving shaft. The switching mechanism manipulates the rotation of the release motor.
