이를 위하여, 본 발명은 R-MDPS 시스템의 안전 장치에 있어서, 운전자 토크에 상응하는 기준 RPM(Revolution Per Minute)이 기록된 기준 테이블을 저장하는 저장수단; R-MDPS(Rack Type Motor Driven Power Steering) 시스템 내 모터의 RPM(이하, 대상 RPM)을 측정하는 RPM 측정수단; 조향 핸들의 회전에 의해 발생하는 운전자 토크를 측정하는 토크 측정수단; 상기 기준 테이블을 기반으로 상기 RPM 측정수단이 측정한 대상 RPM과 상기 토크 측정수단이 측정한 운전자 토크를 이용하여 상기 R-MDPS 내 벨트의 슬립 현상을 감지하는 제어수단; 및 상기 제어수단이 슬립 현상을 감지한 경우 경고등을 표시하는 표시수단을 포함한다.-

The solenoid is installed to face the second disc while the second power transmission member is being located between the solenoid and the second disc. The first disc and the second disc are pulled toward the second power transmission member when a current is applied, so the friction surface of the second disc is in contact with the second power transmission member in a compressed state. Abstract: PURPOSE: A neutrality maintaining device of a rack bar for a steering system is provided to improve the straight-driving stability of a vehicle by aligning the vehicle wheels in a straight line and to realign a neutral position of the rack bar by the rotation of an adjuster cam. CONSTITUTION: A neutrality maintaining device of a rack bar for a steering system comprises a rack center groove(10), a rack guide ball(20), a ball support mechanism(30), an adjuster cam(40), and a bolt insertion hole(60). The rack center groove is formed in a rack bar(4) and faces a support yoke(6) when a steering wheel(9) is in a neutral position and the vehicle wheels are aligned. The rack guide ball is formed in the support yoke and rolled while contacting with the outer periphery of the rack bar when the rack bar moves. The rack guide ball is inserted into the rack center groove when the rack bar is in a neutral position, thereby maintaining the neutral position of the rack bar. The ball support mechanism is formed in the support yoke and elastically supports the rack guide ball towards the rack bar.
