Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a polypropylene-based resin composition having excellent hardness, flexibility, heat resistance, low temperature impact property and powder slush molding property without odor. A manufacturing method of a instrument panel skin material for automobile interior using the above resin composition is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The polypropylene-based resin composition comprises (A) 1-40 parts by weight of polypropylene-based rubber; (B) 10-50 parts by weight of styrene-based rubber; (C) 10-50 parts by weight of ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer rubber; (D) 1-20 parts by weight of processing oil; and (E) 1-30 parts by weight of polypropylene wax, based on 100 parts by weight of total composition. The manufacturing method of an exterior instrument panel for automobile interior comprises low temperature freeze pulverizing the above resin composition in an average particle size of 200-300 micrometer under liquid nitrogen and powder slush molding.
