Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the heat exchanger having uniform heat exchanging at low cost by forming a minute crack on the flame coating layer, by expanding the flame coating layer with high pressure after press-fitting the high hardness metallic powder with its overlapping by flame-coating it in a meandering pattern to two sheets of thin metal plates. CONSTITUTION:The metallic powder of high hardness of a hard chromium, etc., is flame-coated 13 in the prescribed meandering pattern 15 on two sheets of thin metal plates 2. The pattern 15 is press-fitted by a roller 7 by overlapping so that the pattern 15 is conformed thereto. A flame coating layer part 15 is expanded 3 by applying high pressure on the flame coating layer part 15 which is not press-fitted by a nozzle 8. Microcracks are caused due to the flame coating layer 15 having very high hardness and it becomes a porous layer 18. The heat exchanging is uniformized with the generation of a crack 18 on a pipe expanding part 3, the process is simplified more compared with the conventional chemical crack forming method and the cost is reduced.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components and the man-hour of attaching them by executing sealing after a condenser, an in-refrigerator lamp and a temperature controller are inserted and fixed through a component inserting hole on the back surface of a refrigerator. SOLUTION: A heat insulated box body 1 formed by molding polyurethane foam is provided with a component inserting hole on the back surface of it and comprises a unit 25 assembled with a radiator, a capillary tube, a cooler 6, a compressor 10, and startup and operating relays for the compressor 10 and a electrical unit 27 comprising an in-refrigerator lamp 30 and a temperature controller 31. After inserting the cooler 6, the in-refrigerator lamp 30 and the temperature controller 31 through the component inserting hole into the inside of the thermally insulated box body 1 and fixing them, the component inserting hole is sealed with the foamed thermal insulation material 33 or sealing material as hard urethane foam, foamed polystyrene, foamed vinylidene chloride and attaching a door the thermally insulated box body 1 is completed. Therefore, the number of components at the production of the thermally insulated box body 1 is reduced and the production of cooling unit 25, electrical unit 27 and the like will cost other man hours but the attaching man hours of each component is reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a thermal insulating box used in a refrigerator which enables an inner box and a foamed thermal insulating material to be easily peeled off from each other and also an outer box and the foamed thermal insulating material to be easily peeled off from each other by a method wherein foam the thermal insulating substances including a foaming agent with an increased moisture adding ratio is filled in a spacing formed by the two boxes. CONSTITUTION:A foamed thermal insulating material 7 containing a polyol, an isocyanate, a foaming agent and a foam stabilizer is filled in a spacing 4 formed by an inner box 2 and an outer box 3. Under this condition, it is also available that foamed thermal insulating substances containing a polyol added with 2 to 3% of higher fatty acid metallic salt at polyol are filled. Then, water contained in this foaming agent and isocyanate of the thermal insulating substances are urea-bonded and reacted to thicken skin layers 8 formed at interfaces between the inner box 2 and the foamed thermal insulating material 7 and the outer box 3 and the foamed thermal insulating material 7. Since urea-bonding at the interfaces is increased, the outer box 3, the inner box 2 and the foamed thermal insulating material 7 can be easily peeled off and separated. Feeding of the foamed thermal insulating material 7 and a temperature of fixing jig are set low so as to form a thermal insulating box 9 of which recycling can be easily carried out.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the sealing of a gap between a heat insulated door and a heat insulated box completely by arranging a heat insulated box to be provided with a recess which abuts a soft packing on the outer circumference of a heat insulated door equipped with a switch section for turning ON or OFF an electromagnet and with a flange having an attraction section which the electromagnet abuts. CONSTITUTION:A soft packing 13 as elastic body comprising a thermoplastic resin foam or the like is provided on the outer circumference of a heat insulated door 3 while an electromagnet 14 which is magnetized or demagnetized by turning ON or OFF a switch section 15 is provided circumferentially. On the other hand, a flange 17 having a recess 18 abutting the soft packing 13 and an attraction part 19 abutting the electromagnet 14 are formed on a heat insulated box 2 having a front opening being opened or closed with the heat insulated door 3. Then, a user of a refrigerator closes the heat insulated door 3 and when the switch section 15 is turned 'ON', the electromagnet 14 has a magnetic force and gets closely on the attraction part 19 of the flange 17 while the soft packing part 13 gets closely on the recess 18. Thus, the heat insulated door 3 is closed tight on the heat insulated box 2.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a strong odor of mercaptan from remaining in a chamber by adopting an inner box made of high nitrile ABS resin, forming a clear film inside the inner box and filling an insulation material, which uses a specific Freon as a foaming agent, into a spot between the inner box and the outer box. CONSTITUTION:The inner surface of an inner box is coated with an about 200 to 300mu thick constantly dried-state acrylic or urethane clear film, thereby forming a high nitrile ABS resin-made inner box 5. An insulation material 4 is filled into a box-shaped space between the inner box 5 and an outer box 3 where HCFC 123 or HCFC 141b is used as a foaming agent, thereby completing an insulation box member of a refrigerator 1. Since the clear coating 6 is applied to the inner surface of the inner box 5 in this manner, it is difficult for a polymerization and composition agent C12 mercaptan to penetrate. Its action as a barrier prevents a strong odor of mercaptan from remaining in the chamber. It is also arranged to eliminate a strong mercaptan odor by mixing zeolite particles or aromatic agent as an odor adsorbing material with the ABS resin.

CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating door 2 for use in a refrigerator, etc., is formed by inserting a cap door 11 with a U-shaped cross section into the peripheral edge of a door surface iron plate 3, and disposing a methane heat insulating material 5 in a box-shaped space formed by the door surface iron plate 3 and the cap door 11. A reinforcing rib 12 is formed on the cap door 11. Thereupon, the cap door 11 is formed with ABS allay resin including 40-50 pts.wt of crystalline resin of nylon and polypropylene. The urethane heat insulating material 5 is formed by integrally foaming Freon 123 as a foaming agent. Hereby, excellent design properties of a round form is kept while the cap door 11 is prevented from being cracked against the chemical attack property of the Freon 123.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent dropping of water droplets generated at the time of cooling by previously integrally molding a foamable vinylidene chloride heat insulator so as to match the shape of a space made of an inner plate, an outer plate and a frame material, and then assembling the inner plate, the outer plate and the material. CONSTITUTION:A foama vinylidene chloride heat insulator 26 is previously molded to match the shape of a space 12 formed of an inner plate 4, an outer plate 2 and a frame material 3. The insulator 26 is integrally molded and assembled. Thus, the insulator 26 is integrally molded to eliminate gaps to prevent dropping of water droplets from the gaps of the material 3 and the plate 4 upon generation of the droplets due to cooling of humidity in the atmosphere to be invaded from the gap between the plate 2 and the material 3 to arrive at the plate 4 and condensed. That is, gaps of the insulators 26 to be formed upon aligning of the insulators 26 in the space are eliminated.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the heat insulating performance of a magnet packing by a method wherein an air chamber is divided into every heat insulating directions through a plurality of bulkheads while a thin part is formed locally in the bulkheads. CONSTITUTION:A magnet packing 4 is constituted of an anchor 5, fitted to a door, the base table 6 of the anchor 5, a magnet chamber 7, a magnet 8, a plurality of air chambers 10 partitioned by the bulkhead 9 having the thickness of about 0.5mm, and several pieces of fins 11. A bent part 12 having thin parts 13 is formed in the bulkhead 9 whereby expanding and contracting property can be improved, cold air in a refrigerator will never be leaked to the outside of the refrigerator without deteriorating seal property between a heat insulating box body and a door, the heat absorbing amount of the heat insulating box body is reduced and electric power saving effect can be obtained. The bulkhead 9 is formed of soft stylene or olefine elastomer where-by hardness at a low temperature is low and the expanding and contracting property of the magnet packing 4 can be improved.
