    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict pouring mark after pouring fluorescent slurry by specifying a composition. SOLUTION: A preprocessing composition is made of powder, polyvinyl alcohol, ammonium dichromate, surfactant, and water. Specifically, zinc sulfide is used for the powder, and weight percentages of the ingredients are, in the order of the above enumeration, 25%, 2.5%, 0.1%, and 0.2%, is weight and the remainder, and the mixture is uniformly mixed. The obtained slurry is extended over a panel of a CRT, developed, and dried.
