본 발명은 진홍무로부터 분리한 신규한 RsMYB1 및 이를 형질전환한 식물체의 안토시아닌 색소 축적량 증가 효과에 관한 것으로, 안토시아닌 생합성에 관련된 MYB 타입 전사인자인 신규한 RsMYB1 유전자로 형질전환된 형질전환 식물체에서 안토시아닌 색소의 축적이 증가하였으며, 안토시아닌 생합성 관련 유전자들의 발현이 증가하였으므로 이를 안토시아닌 색소의 생합성 및 생산에 이용할 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel esterase RLES1 enzyme derived from deposit soil in deep sea of Dokdo island. The novel esterase RLES1 enzyme according to the present invention is an enzyme derived from an uncultured microorganism which cannot be cultured in a conventional method, and the enzyme can maintain a lot of esterase activation even under high temperature and an alkali state. Therefore, the enzyme can be primarily used as a high temperature hydrolase for lipolysis and can be useful in an industrial field like food processing of adjusting flavor of foods according to properties of enzyme and manufacturing of new drugs by optical activation.

The present invention relates to a BrSTY1 promoter consisting of a nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 and specifically inducing expression in stem apical meristem, leaves, flowers, and pods, and more specifically, to a promoter inducing an expression specifically in stem apical meristem, leaves, flowers, and pods, a recombinant expression vector comprising the same, and a plant transformed with the recombinant expression vector. A BrSTY1 promoter of the present invention induces expression specifically in stem apical meristem, leaves, flowers, and pods thereby specifically expressing a target protein by using the promoter to improve traits of crops.

The vector is pUC118 vector. A transformant is prepared by transforming with the vector. The transformant is E.coli.

KIS30-44 has excellent function of denitrification. The Burkholderia sp. KIS30-44 is isolated from soil of Korean island, Dokdo. A method for denitrificating soil or water is performed using the Burkholderia sp. KIS30-44.

PURPOSE: A microorganism capable of producing a heat-tolerant antimicrobial peptide, derived from Korean salted sea foods is provided, which antimicrobial peptide has a strong antimicrobial activity against various plant or animal pathogenic bacteria. CONSTITUTION: The microorganism Bacillus subtilis JKK238 being isolated from Korean salted sea foods is capable of producing a heat-tolerant antimicrobial peptide which has a strong antimicrobial activity to known pathogenic fungi consisting of Pyricularia oryzae, Botrytis cinera, Penicillium sp. Fusarium oxysporum, Collectotrichum cocodes, Phytophthora crytogea and Rhizoctonia solani, and other microorganisms of Streptomyces scabies, Erwinia caractovora and Listeria monocytogenes. The heat-tolerant antimicrobial peptide may be added into feeds, foods or agricultural chemicals to inhibit the growth of the pathogenic fungi and other microorganisms.
