Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and a method for matching a prosthetic appliance and a recoding medium thereof. The system for matching the prosthetic appliance according to the present invention comprises: a physical body image database for storing photographed images of normal physical body parts of a plurality of persons; a prosthetic appliance information database for storing detailed standard information on a plurality of prosthetic appliances; a physical body image inputting part for receiving the photographed images of the physical body parts of a patient; a prosthetic appliance matching part searching for the image of the normal physical body, matched with the image of the physical body of the patient, in the physical body image database, extracting a standard of the prosthetic appliance appropriate for the searched image of the normal physical body parts and searching for the prosthetic appliance applied to the patient in the prosthetic appliance database; a three dimensional image simulation part for integrating the image of the physical body of the patient with the prosthetic appliance image and simulating the image of the physical body of the patient to whom the prosthetic appliance is implanted; and a controller for selecting the prosthetic appliance matched with the patient and generating the three dimensional image of the physical body of the patient to whom the selected prosthetic appliance is implanted via the three dimensional image simulation part based on the standard of the selected prosthetic appliance by controlling the physical body image inputting part and the prosthetic appliance matching part. The present invention can provide an optimal prosthetic appliance for the patient, who suffers a damage in a physical body part, by searching for the prosthetic appliance matched with the patient from the images on the physical body parts stored in the database, recommending the searched prosthetic appliance, and simulating images on the physical body parts of the patient to whom the prosthetic appliance is implanted. Abstract: PURPOSE: A Korean human body backbone information manufacturing method and a system thereof are provided to measure a 3D backbone model in a computer, thereby accurately measuring a Korean human body backbone. In the CT image, masking data is generated(S206). A base mask is generated according to each backbone(S210). The base mask is processed by smoothing(S212).
