The present invention provides various uses of a composition containing extracts of Brassicaceae or Umbelliferae plants related to the improvement of hTRPA1 activity; for example, uses for screening a pungent flavoring agent, an obesity treatment agent, and an hTRPA1 antagonist. The extracts of Brassicaceae or Umbelliferae plants provide various uses regarding hTRPA1 activity, have fewer side effects on human body as a natural compound, and has lots of possibilities for industrial usage. The extracts of Brassicaceae or Umbelliferae plants are materials for new medicines and food which help the human body maintain homeostasis regarding hTRPA1 activity, and can be used for screening the hTRPA1 antagonist.

CONSTITUTION: A method for diagnosing aging comprises the steps of: measuring the concentration of one selected among a metabolite group including 3-methylglutarylcarnitine, isovalerylcarnitine, palmitoylcarnitine, iobutyrylcarnitine, hypoxanthine, patothenic acid, lysophosphatidylcholine(C18:0) and lysophosphatidylcholine(C22:6); measuring the concentration of one selected among the metabolite group; and determining aging when the primarily measured concentration is higher than the secondarily measured concentration.
