Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for facilitating optimum cooking for each foodstuff with energy saving, in regard to a method of freezing, melting and cooking the foodstuff. SOLUTION: The present cooking appliance has a cooking chamber holding the foodstuff, a Peltier element and a refrigerating cycle using a compressor. The foodstuff is frozen by cooling by means of the refrigerating cycle or the Peltier element and melted by heating by the Peltier element. Therefore it is possible to easily conduct an optimum cooling speed control and a temperature maintaining control and to realize suppression of proliferation of bacteria and the optimum cooking for each foodstuff by the energy-saving means.

The rolling and feed mechanisms comprise roller driving gears 30a to 30d and 30'a to 30'd, a motor 31, driving gears 32 and 32', intermediate gears 33 and 33', feed transmission gears 37, 37', 38, 38' and racks 40, 41, 42 and 43. At first, the motor 31 rotates in the normal direction with moving the rollers downward to enfold a tube. If the motor 31 is overloaded, the motor 31 rotates in the reverse direction and, if the load of the motor 31 is lightened, the motor 31 rotates in the normal direction again to restart the squeezing operation.

SOLUTION: This thermoelectric cooling system is equipped with the thermoelectric module, having a heat-absorbing surface and a heat-radiating surface where the heat-radiating surface is heated, and the heat-absorbing surface is cooled by applying a current, band an outer shell where the thermoelectric module is included, a part of the space except the module is maintained in an almost vacuum state, and the heat-absorbing surface of the module is in contact thermally with the heat radiating surface of the module. Thereby, heat leakage from the periphery of the module is restrained to be with a compact region, a block or the like for thickness adjustment which has been usually necessary is eliminated, and cooling efficiency of the thermoelectric cooling system can be improved.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirrer which stirs food material in a paper cup, is simple in a setup operation and quickly produces many kinds of foods. SOLUTION: This stirrer 1 is constituted of a main body part 12 and a lower part contact member 13 and, further, the main body part 12 is provided with a stirring blade 15, a material holding member 16 and a cover member 17. On the stirring, an inner cylinder 25 descends and a upper contact member 25a reaches a lower contact member 13. Then, the inner cylinder 25 is brought into contact with a reinforcing part 7 of the paper cup 2 on the lower contact member 13 and the reinforcing part 7 of the paper cup 2 is clamped and pressed by the lower part contact member 13 and the upper part contact member 25a. When the stirring blade 15 crushes and stirs the food material, the paper cup 2 receives a rotational force of the stirring blade 15, nevertheless, the reinforcing part 7 of the paper cup 2 is clamped and strongly pressed by the upper part contact member 25a which is the lower end of the cover member 17 and the lower part contact member 13, and therefore the paper cup 2 is not rotated.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wine cellar in which the inner temperature can be kept at a specified level with little fluctuation and the humidity can be kept within a desired range while suppressing vibration. SOLUTION: A thermoelectric element 22 and a cooler 25 exchanging heat with the air circulating through the chamber 3, through which brine for exchanging heat with the cooling side of the element 22, are arranged in the chamber 3 surrounded by a heat insulating wall 2. The element 22 is normally operated continuously by controlling the voltage being applied thereto in order to control the temperature of the cooler 25 at a level lower than a set level by 3 deg.C-7 deg.C. The air subjected to temperature control by the cooler 25 is circulated to the chamber 3 thus bringing the temperature in the chamber 3 into a set level within the range of 11 deg.C-17 deg.C and the relative humidity RH in the chamber 3 is set at 65%-85%.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent invasion of unnecessary heat into a refrigerator by controlling a heating means in response to the output value of an indoor temperature sensor to maintain a partition plate surface temperature of the front surface of a partition wall for partitioning a storage chamber constant so that a dew point temperature vicinity temperature at arbitrary relative humidity calculated according to the output value of an atmospheric temperature sensor becomes constant. SOLUTION: A storage chamber is partitioned into four chambers of a cold storage chamber 30, first deep freezing chamber 31, second deep freezing chamber 32 and vegetable chamber 33, and the surface temperature of the partition plates 10, 11, 12 of the front surfaces of the partitioned partition walls are controlled by a heating means 17. The means 17 is controlled by a control means 18 by sending a signal from an atmospheric temperature sensing means 16 by sensing a temperature in the circumference of the refrigerator by an atmospheric temperature sensor 16 to the means 18, sending the signal of an indoor temperature sensing means 14 to the means 18 by sending the indoor temperature of the chamber 31 by an indoor temperature sensor 13, and the means 18 outputs output signals from the means 14 and 16 to the means 17. Thus, invasion of unnecessary heat into the refrigerator can be prevented.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a cooling efficiency and an ability to keep food fresh by elevating a humidity in a refrigerating chamber of a refrigerator which includes a freezing chamber and the refrigerating chamber. SOLUTION: A freezing refrigerator comprises a cooling system and a plurality of cooler fans A9a and B15 which cool respective rooms, wherein the cooling system is constructed such that one connecting line which connects a freezing chamber evaporator 7a with freezing chamber pressure reducing means and another connecting line which connects a refrigerating chamber evaporator 11, refrigerating chamber pressure reducing means and a closure valve with each other are branched off in parallel and are connected with a suction line, an ability controllable compressor 6a and a condenser 17 in series. Due to such a construction, it becomes possible to supply cool air to each room in a proper amount necessary for cooling the room so that an efficient cooling can be realized by restricting an influence to other rooms. Furthermore, in the refrigerating chamber 3, the ability controllable compressor 6a, the condenser 17, the closure valve and the cooler fan B15 are operated in response to an indoor condition by system control means so that a humidity can be elevated easily.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain predetermined thermal insulating performance with less amount of a cold storage agent for a longer time by dividing a thermal insulation box body into a thermal insulation chamber and a cold storage chamber, providing an indoor blower with a battery as a power source to circulate chilled gas in the cold storage chamber to the cold storage chamber through the thermal insulation chamber, a flat platelike cold storage agent increased in thickness at the inlet side of an air flowing direction and decreased at the outlet side of the flowing direction, and a cooler for cooling to freeze it from both side surfaces. CONSTITUTION:An indoor blower 26 with a battery 27 as a power source to circulate chilled gas in a cold storage chamber 23 through a thermal insulation chamber 22 in a direction as indicated by arrows with solid lines is provided in a chilled gas discharge port 25. A freezer unit 32 is operated to freeze cold storage agents A30 and B31 through the cooled fins of first and second coolers 28, 29. In this case, the thickness of the agent A30 is increased, the thickness of the agent 31B is decreased to less than the thickness of agent A 30 so as to make a frozen part where the agent is not melted at the time of transporting and frozen part uniformalized, and the time until only the agent at the inlet side of the air flowing direction is completely melted to reduce the surface area of the frozen agent can be lengthened. Thus, thermal insulation time can be lengthened.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent degradation of quality of substances to be transported, by separating a cold accumulating room and an insulating room thermally and completely so that a cold accumulating agent can accumulate cold and the temperature within the insulating room can be maintained at a set value within a refrigerating temperature zone by controlling cool air volume to be sent into the insulating room. CONSTITUTION:An insulating partition wall 21 of heat insulating characteristic separates a cold accumulating room 15 and an insulating room 22 thermally. A discharge port 23 is arranged at one end of the wall 21 on the side of an insulating fan 16, and an insulating duct 25 is mounted on the wall 21 for introducing air in the insulating room 22 from the opposite end of the wall 21 into an inlet port 24. A freezer unit 26 and a battery 27 which works as a power source for the insulating fan 16 are mounted outside of an insulating container body 10. Accordingly, the temperature in the insulating room 22 never drops down under 0 deg.C due to heat transmission from the cold accumulating room 15. Thus a cold accumulating insulating container in which substances to be kept cool never freeze can be obtained.
