    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the increase of the vibration and noise of a refrigerator, etc. by supporting and fixing a compressor at the nodal positions of the vibration mode of a compressor installation plate and preventing the resonance of the compressor installation plate. CONSTITUTION:A concaved part 8 is formed in the longitudinal direction on a compressor installation plate 7. Grounded parts 9 and 9 are formed onto the concaved part 8, and form the nodal positions of the vibration mode of the installation plate 7. Mounting rubbers 5 and 5 are arranged onto the installation plate 7 on the grounded parts 9 and 9. The feet 6' and 6' of the compressor 6 are supported and fixed onto the mounting rubbers 5 and 5 by fixing pins 4 and 4.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase the sound arresting effect of a compressor by forming a concaved part for a valve apparatus onto a bearing and installing a discharge cover onto said bearing through a partitioning plate having a recess part recess to the opposite side to the concaved part, corresponding to the concaved part for installing a valve. CONSTITUTION:A concaved part 14 in straight-line form which accommodates a valve 14a is formed onto the counter-cylinder surface 13a of a bearing 13, and said concaved part 14 forms a discharge chamber 16a by a partitioning plate 15 interposed between the bearing 13 and a cup-shaped discharge cover 16. A recess part 15a recess to the opposite side to the concaved part 14 is formed, corresponding to the concaved part 14, onto the partitioning plate 15, and a small hole 15b for the communication between a valve chamber 14c and a discharge chamber 16a is formed at the corresponding position in the vicinity of the valve hole 14b, in the recessed part 15a. Therefore, the pulsation of the discharged gas can be markedly reduced by the expansion type and resonance type sound arresting effect.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To work a compressor functionally enough on vibrations in a lower order mode and also to decrease noises to occur by forming a closed case through welding circular openings so as to have corners of two domical cases getting out of position each other. CONSTITUTION:The first case 1 has a corner 4 with a curvature satisfactorily smaller than a circular opening 1a arranged adjacently to the circular opening 1a at a position whereat the circular opening 1a is divided into three equal parts and is domical to have each corner 4 connected by a plural curve having an R part 5 with a curvature larger than the circular opening 1a. The second case is formed likewise. Circular openings 1a, 2a of the first case 1 and the second case 2 are welded so as to have each corner 6 of the second case 2 at a position whereat each corner 4 of the first case 1 is divided almost in two equal parts. This way of constitution may break off a dot symmetricalness and also inactivate vibrations in a lower order.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce starting torque, by always opening a delivery valve during the starting of a compressor and stopping the delivery valve from being always opened at a set time. SOLUTION: A top 20a of a cam 20 which is connected with a motor through a shaft 21, when the top 20a is positioned on a delivery lead 7 side, presses the delivery lead 7 onto the side opposite to a piston 3 to open the delivery lead 7, and a delivery valve 5 is always closed. When its bottom point 20b is positioned on the delivery lead 7 side, the bottom point 20b separates from the delivery lead 7 to close the lead 7, and the delivery valve 5 is turned to the normal condition. A timer carries a current to a motor by instruction from a compressor starting/detecting means, and the motor stops by rotating a cam 22 to position the top 20a to the delivery lead 7 side. After the set time reaches that close to time when the compressor arrives at steady rotational frequency after its starting, the timer carries the current to the motor again, and the motor stops by rotating a cam 22 to position the bottom point 20b to the delivery lead 7 side.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent excess cooling of a cooler and enhance operability with higher efficiency even when a motor-driven damper is opened and closed. SOLUTION: Based on a freezer compartment setting temperature of a freezer compartment 8 predetermined with a freezer compartment setting means 23 where the rotational speed of a fan 14 which feeds air to a cooler 13 and the rotational speed of a compressor 17 determined with a rotational speed arithmetic operation means 25, the temperature of the cooler 13, which is lower than the setting temperature of the freezer compartment and capable of operating the compressor 17 with higher efficiency is set to a cooler differential temperature arithmetic operation means 37 with a cooler temperature setting means 36 as a cooler setting temperature. The differential temperature between the cooler temperature detected with a cooler temperature sensor 38 and a cooler setting temperature is computed with a cooler differential temperature arithmetic operation means 37 and the rotary speed 14 is controlled with a fan rotational speed arithmetic operation means 39 based on the differential temperature, thereby maintaining the cooler 13 near the cooler setting temperature.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the thermal load of a compressor by so controlling to vary the number of revolutions of a fan motor for cooling the compressor when the temperature of a discharge tube rises. SOLUTION: The indoor temperature input to control means 12 is compared with a set temperature, and the number of revolutions of a fan motor for cooling a compressor is decided. Then, the output of discharge tube temperature detecting means 11 is input by the input terminal 15 of the control means 12. Whether the discharge tube temperature is a predetermined value or not is judged, and if it is the predetermined value or more, the number of revolutions of the motor for cooling the compressor is altered, while if it is less than the predetermined value, the alteration of the number of revolutions of the motor for cooling the compressor is released. Then, the decided number of revolutions of the motor for cooling the compressor is output, and then whether the defrosting operation is started or not is judged. If the defrosting operation is started, the output of a compressor rotation command from the output terminal 01 is set to '0' rotation, and the rotation command of the motor for cooling the compressor from the output terminal 01 is set to '0' rotation. A relay 8 is turned ON to supply a current to a heater 9.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain heat dissipating performance of a machine room without influence of installing conditions of a refrigerator by providing a compressor, an air inlet vent hole, an air flowout vent hole at the room in a lower part of the refrigerator, providing a shielding plate at a lower part of the front surface of the refrigerator, and providing an opening at part of the plate corresponding to the forward vent hole. CONSTITUTION:When a compressor is operated, a machine room reaches a high temperature to generate a natural convection, heated air of the room starts to flow from an air flowout vent hole 4, and a flow of the air flowing to the room is simultaneously generated. The flow of the room allows the air of an ambient temperature at a front surface of a refrigerator to pass an opening 2a of a shielding plate and efficiently flows from an air inlet vent hole 3 to the room. Thus, the heated air to be discharged from the hole 4 passes through a gap of a back surface of the refrigerator by a natural convection without flowing again from the hole 3 to the room by short-circuiting the gap of the back surface of the refrigerator and a gap between a bottom and a floor of the refrigerator and flows out from an upper part of a ceiling of the refrigerator to the front of the refrigerator.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable effect of noise suppressing not to be decreased by a method wherein a connecting pipe length is set to a specified length. CONSTITUTION:A pressure pulsation generated within a cylinder 7 is attenuated in the case that a first noise suppressing device 12 and a second noise suppressing device 13 constructed by a recessed part and a discharging chamber 10a as well as the chamber may act as an expansion type noise suppressing device and then refrigerant passes through discharging chambers 10a and 13a. In this case, as the length of a connected pipe 11 is set to a length satisfying equations I and II, it is possible to increase weight or decrease weight of acoustic mass of the connecting pipe 11 in respect to an air column resonance mode generated between the first noise suppressing device 12 and the second noise suppressing device 13 and then an air column resonance frequency is moved out of a low range or a wide range resonance. Due to this fact, it is possible to make a positive avoidance of the air column resonance frequency from a pressure pulsation basic frequency and further to prevent a reduction of an effect of noise suppressing at frequencies near the fundamental frequency.
