Abstract: 본 발명은 가스연료차량용 연료공급장치의 리턴밸브에 관한 것으로, 리턴밸브는, 일측에 연결관이 연통되게 연결된 유로를 갖는 밸브하우징과, 그 상면에 밸브하우징의 유로에 삽입되어 가이드되는 삽입돌부가 돌출 형성되고 그 외주면에 밸브하우징의 유로 내면에 접하는 다수의 지지돌부가 돌출형성되어 상기 밸브하우징의 유로를 개폐시키게 되는 밸브와, 상기 밸브와 이격된 밸브하우징의 하부에 결합 고정되고, 일측에는 다수의 토출구가 형성되며, 토출구와 이격된 그 중앙 하면에는 토출구를 덮어 가리는 헤드부가 일체로 형성된 마감캡과, 양단부가 밸브 하면의 장착돌기와 마감캡 상면의 장착돌기에 끼움되어 밸브를 탄력 지지하는 탄성수단을 포함하여, 상기 리턴밸브의 작동시에 발생되는 채터링현상에 의한 마찰 및 진동으로 인해 발생되는 이상소음 현상을 방지한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An integral valve for a fuel tank of a gaseous fuel vehicle is provided to secure reliability caused by improvement of endurance with reducing the gas leakage spots by integrating each part to one housing. CONSTITUTION: An integral valve for a fuel tank of a gaseous fuel vehicle comprises an integral housing(51) installed outside a fuel tank to keep airtightness, a valve assembly for feeding fuel installed in the integral housing, a valve assembly for exhausting fuel(58) formed in the integral housing, a return oil passage, and a fuel gauge installed in the integral housing. The valve assembly for fuel feed is equipped with an overcharge prevention valve and a float(53) interlocking with the over charge prevention valve. The valve assembly for exhausting fuel has a reverse flow-preventing check valve(56) and an overflow-preventing valve(57) to the outlet side exhausting fuel from the fuel tank to the engine side by the operation of a fuel pump(55). The return oil passage returns some of fuel from the engine to the fuel tank and has a reverse flow-preventing check valve(59) within. The fuel gauge indicates the residual amount in the fuel tank.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel supply apparatus of a gas fuel vehicle is provided to reduce parts, and to improve safety against gas fuel leakage by eliminating a recovery system and connecting plural injectors mutually with a rail module. CONSTITUTION: A fuel supply motor pump(21) is installed in a fuel tank(20) storing fuel to supply liquid fuel and discharge. Fuel gas is returned to the fuel tank in case of pressure of fuel gas to be over the reference value in passing through a gas fuel discharge pressure adjusting unit(22). Gas fuel is streamed from the gas fuel discharge pressure adjusting unit through a gas supply pipe(23) to a rail module(24). Plural injectors(242) injecting gas fuel to an engine and a pressure sensor(244) detecting pressure of gas fuel are installed in the rail module. An ECU(Electronic Control Unit)(25) sets opening and closing time of injectors according to pressure, opens and closes plural injectors in driving the engine, and controls the motor pump.
