Abstract: 본발명은계수나무 (Cericidiphyllum japonicum) 추출물을유효성분으로포함하는항당뇨용조성물에관한것이다. 본발명의계수나무추출물은당뇨치료제인아카보스와유사한정도의α-글루코시다아제억제활성을가지고있어당뇨치료제의활성성분으로개발될가능성이높다. 본발명의계수나무추출물은천연물로부터유래되었으므로화학적으로합성된화합물과는다르게인체적용시부작용이적다.

Abstract: A novel salicin derivative isolated from Populus albaglandulosa bark is provided to have the structure similar to aspirin and minimize the side effects in applications to the pharmaceutical field including anti-inflammatory agent, analgesic agent and antipyretic agent. The isolation method of the novel salicin derivative isolated from Populus albaglandulosa bark comprises the steps of: collecting the Populus albaglandulosa bark and dipping it in organic solvent; filtering the extract and evaporating the organic solvent in a concentrator; fractionating the evaporated extract with n-hexane, CH2Cl2 and EtOAc sequentially; freeze-drying the fraction to obtain EtOAc; fractionating the EtOAc through the multiple stages using MeOH-H2O as elution solvent; and subjecting the isolated fraction to column chromatography using MeOH-H2O.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A functional food for promoting differentiation of neutral stem cell containing platycodon root extract as an active ingredient is provided to suppress the reduction of differentiation of proliferation of neutral stem cells caused by aging and to promote differentiation of proliferation of neutral stem cells. CONSTITUTION: A functional food comprises platycodon root extract as an active ingredient to promote differentiation of proliferation of neutral stem cells. The nerve stem cells are derivated from dentate gyrus subgranular zone of hippocampus. The differentiation of the stem cell comprises the production of stem cells, fission, differentiation and movement. The platycodon root extract is obtained by cutting the dried platycodon root; extracting it at 20-150deg.C through enfleurage extraction, hot water extraction, ultrasonic extraction, and extraction under reflux condensation.

Abstract: A novel compound isolated from Paulownia coreana inner bark is provided to improve antioxidative activity, and help isolation and structure analysis of other useful natural materials, so that it is useful as new natural anti-oxidation agent or other medicines. The method for isolating the novel compound from Paulownia coreana inner bark comprises the steps of: collecting the Paulownia coreana inner bark and dipping it in 70% acetone; filtering the extract from the process and evaporating acetone by using a concentrator; fractionating the evaporated concentrate with n-hexane, CH2Cl2, and EtOAc sequentially; freeze-drying the water-soluble fraction as final product to obtain the water-soluble powder; and fractionating the water-soluble powder through the multiple stages using MeOH as elution solvent.
