Abstract: PURPOSE: A topography classification device and a method thereof are provided to execute video base topography classification on a real time using topography classification parameter according to environmental information which is obtained through a video sensor and an environmental sensor. CONSTITUTION: A video input part(110) comprises a video sensor module. The video sensor module transmits video information including a static image or moving image to a video processing part(140). An environmental sensor part(120) comprises an environmental sensor including a GPS sensor, an illumination sensor, and a humidity sensor. A storage(130) stores data and program which is necessary for the operation of a topography classification device. The storage stores a parameter data base which is used for controlling the video processing part. The video processing part controls the overall operation of the topography classification device. Abstract: A method for detection mode operation using movable detection of a line of sight is provided to improve the reliability of a detection result by applying multiple detection modes without the intervention of a user, and compensate a detection coordinates error according to the movement of the line of sight by using the motion information of a sensor and display the compensated detection coordinates in real time. Abstract: An apparatus for inspecting the axis arrangement of a multi-axis optical system comprises: a common target block (10) which forms a target from different wavelength bands; and an arc-shaped scope block (20) which reflects light in parallel toward an inspection optical device (100) where optical axis error arrangement is performed in order to form a path without any influence of parallax. Abstract: After a target obtained from an electro-optical scope is visually recognized through an image on a display screen, the type and parameters of the recognized target are selected and then a reference lane in case when the target is positioned in a reference distance, 1 km, is generated from an established DB. A distance to the currently obtained target can be calculated without laser or radio waves by comparing a pixel of the lane, controlled according to the parameters of the target selected through a process of controlling the size of the reference lane to be matched with the recognized target, with a pixel at the reference distance. Especially, the present invention can calculate the distance to the target in a state where the target is partially hidden by a forest by selecting the parameters of a recognizable target area even if the target image is partially obtained.
