Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing cattle tuberculosis using intradermal diagnostic composition is provided to easily prepare a large amount of intradermal diagnostic composition and to ensure diagnosis accuracy. CONSTITUTION: An intradermal diagnostic composition for testing cattle tuberculosis contains recombinant proteins of Esat6, HspX, PhoS, MPB70, MPB64, MPB83, Ag85, and SahH. A method for diagnosing tuberculosis of mammal except for human is performed using the intradermal diagnostic composition containing the recombinant proteins. The recombinant protein is prepared by isolating from Mycobacterium bovis and performing PCR.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供使用皮内诊断组合物诊断牛结核病的方法，以容易地制备大量皮内诊断组合物并确保诊断准确性。 构成：用于测试牛结核的皮内诊断组合物含有Esat6，HspX，PhoS，MPB70，MPB64，MPB83，Ag85和SahH的重组蛋白。 使用含有重组蛋白质的皮内诊断组合物进行用于诊断除人以外的哺乳动物结核病的方法。 通过从牛分枝杆菌中分离并进行PCR来制备重组蛋白。
