    Abstract: A multilayered directivity coupler is provided to guarantee long length of a signal line required for a power divider while reducing the overall size by connecting signal lines of two couplers via a vertical connector such as a conductive via hole. A multilayered directivity coupler(30) is formed with plural dielectric layers laminated therein. A first coupler(A) includes first main signal lines(31a,33a) and first coupled signal lines(32a,34a). The first main signal lines(31a,33a) are formed on at least one first dielectric layer and extended to one end of the first dielectric layer. The first coupled signal lines(32a,34a) are formed on at least one second dielectric layer and extended to one end of the second dielectric layer. The second dielectric layer is laminated on the first dielectric layer. A second coupler(B) includes second main signal lines(31b,33b) and second coupled signal lines(32b,34b). The second main signal lines(31b,33b) are formed on at least one third dielectric layer and extended to one end of the first dielectric layer. The second coupled signal lines(32b,34b) are formed on at least one fourth dielectric layer, laminated on the third dielectric layer, and extended to one end of the fourth dielectric layer. A first vertical connector electrically couples the other ends of the first and second main signal lines. A second vertical connector electrically couples the other ends of the first and second coupled signal lines. A plurality of lateral electrodes are formed at a side portion of the laminated structure such that the one ends of the first and second main signal lines are coupled with the one ends of the first and second coupled signal lines.
