Abstract:
PURPOSE: An apparatus for detecting and isolating a target material, and a method for detecting and isolating the target material using the same are provided to efficiently detect and isolate a small amount of the target material in a sample. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for detecting and isolating a target material comprises a target material binding part(100), a signal generation part(200), a first separation part(300), and a second separation part(400). The target material binding part specifically binds with a target material. The signal generator is connected to the target material binding part and generates a detectable signal. The first separation part is connected to the signal generation part. The second separation part is fixed at a solid support(500) and specifically binds to the first separation part. The first and second separation parts have a cleavage site when binding each other.

하나의 알레르기 원인물질로부터 유래된 알레르겐(allergen)이 고정되어 있고, 타(他) 알레르기 원인물질로부터 유래된 알레르겐은 포함하지 않고, 각각 별개의 알레르기 원인물질로부터 유래된 알레르겐이 고정된 하나 이상의 표면탄성파(SAW)소자; 및 상기 표면탄성파 소자로부터의 출력 신호를 검출하는 신호 검출기를 포함하는 알레르기 질환 진단용 표면탄성파 센서가 개시된다. 또한, 상기 센서를 이용하여 여러 종류의 알레르기 원인물질로부터 유래된 알레르겐들에 각각 특이적으로 결합하는 IgE 양 및 총 IgE 양을 진단대상의 혈액 등의 샘플로부터 측정함으로써, 여러 종류의 알레르기 원인물질에 대하여 효과적으로 알레르기를 진단할 수 있는 알레르기 질환의 진단방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 의한 표면탄성파 센서 및 진단방법을 이용하면, 피부단자검사로 인해 발생할 수 있는 통증 수반 및 과민반응에 의한 쇼크(Anaphylaxis) 발생을 방지할 수 있고, 저렴하고 간편하게, 높은 정확도 및 감도로 알레르기 진단을 할 수 있다. 표면탄성파, SAW, 센서, 알레르기, IgE, 알레르겐, 면역질환

PURPOSE: A mass reinforcing method of gold nano-particles due to light irradiation, a biosensor, and biomolecule combining detection method using the same are provided to reinforce mass of the gold nano-particles by using an optical irradiation method. CONSTITUTION: A mass reinforcing method of gold nano-particles due to light irradiation comprises the following steps: irradiating a mixture including gold nano-particles(13) and reinforcing metal component(15) with light; and increasing the mass of the gold nano-particles by reducing thereof on the surface of the gold nano-particles. The light is ultraviolet ray. The metal reinforcing component is metallic ion. A bio molecular combining detection method comprises the following steps: reacting target bio molecular with bio sensors which detect physical property changes according to bondage of the target bio molecular; combining the gold nano-particle to the target bio molecular; dipping the bio sensor into a mixture which includes the metal reinforcing components and irradiating light; and detecting physical property change of the gold nano-particles.

PURPOSE: A biosensor cartridge for automating entire process for detecting a biogenic substance is provided to enable cheap and highly efficient detection and to enhance detection accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A biosensor cartridge(100) comprises: a plasma separator(110) for isolating plasma from blood; a plasma measuring unit(120) for measuring and storing the plasma isolated from the plasma separator; a mixer(150,152) for storing a sample to detecting a biogenic substance from plasma and mixing the plasma and sample; and a biosensor(180) which is injected to the mixture liquid of the plasma and sample and is used for detecting the biogenic substance in the plasma.

PURPOSE: A hydrodynamic filter and a filtering apparatus are provided to continuously filter target molecules. CONSTITUTION: A hydrodynamic filter(100) comprises a first part(10) and a second part(20) which separately faces the first part. The first part comprises a plurality of protrusions(30,40) protruded in a first side direction. The second part has a plurality of protrusions(35,45). The first and second parts are formed of silicon-based polymers or polymer materials. The protrusion part of the first part has first and second protrusion parts. The protrusion part of the second part comprises third and fourth protrusion parts separately formed each other. The distance between the first and third protrusion parts is 1-50 um.

PURPOSE: A sensor for bubble preventive fluid is provided to improve detection sensitivity improvement and reliability and to minimize noise. CONSTITUTION: A sensor for bubble preventive fluid comprises a main body member(111), a reactive part(130), an inlet part(140) and an outlet part(150). The main body member comprises a substrate(110) accomplishing a lower part and a top plate(120) accomplishing an upper side. The fluid sample reacts in the reactive part as the internal space of the main body member. The inlet part locates in one side of the top plate. The inlet part flows in the fluid sample as a reactive part. The outlet part locates in the other side of the top plate. The outlet part flows out the fluid sample from the reactive part.

PURPOSE: An allergy diagnosis system using cross reaction probability is provided to digitalize cross-reactivity probability and to reduce test cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for diagnosing allergy using cross reaction probability to allergy test result comprises: a step of extracting epitope region sequence containing allergy causing material; a step of extracting candidate sequence which has structural similarity with the extracted epitope sequence from database; a step of detecting candidate-derived allergy causing material; a step of calculating a first cross reaction probability; a step of calculating second cross reaction probability; and a step of diagnosing allergy as the degree of the first and second cross reaction probability.

PURPOSE: An SAW(Surface Acoustic Wave) immunosensor for diagnosing allergy disease and a method for diagnosing allergy disease using the same are provided to effectively diagnose allergy about various allergy cause materials by measuring IgE amount through a change of an SAW signal. CONSTITUTION: An SAW immunosensor for diagnosing allergy disease includes an SAW device, a reference SAW device, a signal detector, and a comparing part. One or more allergens from one allergy cause material are fixed to the SAW device. The SAW device does not include allergy from a different allergy cause material. The signal detector detects an output signal from the SAW device. The allergen is not fixed to the reference SAW device. The comparing part compares an output signal from the reference SAW device with the output signal from the SAW device.
