본 발명은 딸기 식물체 분말의 열수 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 피부 미백용 화장료 조성물 및 식품에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 본 발명의 딸기 식물체 분말의 열수 추출물은 엘라직산을 다량으로 함유하기 때문에 멜라닌 생성 억제 효과, 피부 색소 침착을 억제하는 등 피부 미백을 효과적으로 개선시킬 수 있는 피부 미백용 화장료 조성물 및 식품에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition and food for skin whitening comprising hot water extract from strawberry plant powder as an active ingredient and, more specifically, to a cosmetic composition and food for skin whitening which can effectively improve skin whitening effects such as melanogenesis inhibition effects, skin pigmentation inhibition effects, and the likes because hot water extract from strawberry plant powder includes a large amount of ellagic acids.

PURPOSE: A composition containing alpha-glucosidase is provided to prevent or teat diabetes without side effects. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating diabetes contains Salicornia gerbacea fermentation as an active ingredient. The Salicornia gerbacea fermentation fraction is prepared by adding Salicornia gerbacea fermentation using hexane. A method for preparing the fraction comprises: a step of adding sugar to Salicornia gerbacea and fermenting for 45-51 months to obtain Salicornia gerbacea fermentation; a step of adding water to the Salicornia gerbacea fermentation to prepare suspension; and a step of adding hexane to the suspension. A food composition for preventing or treating diabetes contains Salicornia gerbacea fermentation as an active ingredient.

A method for preparing the composition comprises: a step of adding hexane or butanol to Salicornia herbacea fermentation for demarcation; a step of adding sugar and fermenting for 45-51 months; a step of adding water to the Salicornia herbacea fermentation to prepare suspension; and a step of adding hexane or butanol.
