pH 반응성 핵산 구조체 및 그를 포함하는 효소 단백질의 활성 조절을 위한 pH 반응성 조성물에 관한 것으로, 일 양상에 따른 조성물 또는 전달체에 의하면, pH의 변화에 반응하여 핵산 구조체의 구조 전이가 일어나 핵산 구조체의 개폐가 조절되므로 pH를 조절하여 효소 단백질과 기질의 접근성을 조절함으로써 효소 단백질의 활성을 효과적으로 조절하는 효과가 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a varistor-capacitor multifunctional device is provided to simultaneously obtain varistor characteristic and capacitor characteristic of a dielectric index larger than 10000 and dielectric loss less than 5%. CONSTITUTION: A SrTiO3 SMD varistor-capacitor multifunctional device is manufactured by using Sr0.9Ca0.1TiO3 as basic material powder. The basic material powder is subjected to wet milling after Nb2O5 of 0.4-0.6 mol% is added and SiO2 of 0.1-0.3 mol% and MnO of 0.1-0.3 mol% are added. Organic vehicle is added to the basic material powder after wet milling to form slurry. The slurry is molded by a tape caster to form a ceramic sheet. After cutting the ceramic sheet, internal electrodes are printed on the ceramic sheet by Ag/Pd or Ni electrodes. Three to five ceramic sheets are deposited on and on and subjected to pre-sintering at 1100°C for 1 hour. The sintered ceramic is re-oxidized in a furnace with the air at 900-1100°C.

본 발명은 SrTiO 3 계 바리스터에 관한 것이며 특히 저 전압용 칩 바리스터 제조를 위한 바리스터 제조설계기술에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 디스크 형상 및 적층형 칩 바리스터에서 탈피하여 새로운 제조방법을 적용하므로써 본래의 유전율과 비직선계수 값은 유지하면서 제조단가의 감소 및 대랑생산이 가능한 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: Provided is a gene of heat-resistant glutamate racemase which show stability against high temperatures, pH, and organic solvent and is useful in manufacturing medicines and food. CONSTITUTION: Heat resistant glutamate racemase is manufactured by the steps of: isolating gene of glutamate racemase consisting of 762 bases from which 254 amino acids are synthesized, from Aquifex pyrophilus; transforming E.coli is with an expression vector pGR1 that contains the gene; culturing E.coli transformant and destroying transformant cell; and recovering heat resistant glutamate racemase from cell lysat by chromatography. The base sequence of glutamate racemase shows 26.6%, 36.1%, and 35.5% of similarity with E. coli, Bacillus subtilus, and Lactobacillus, respectively.

PURPOSE: A method for detecting HIV infection inhibiting-material using ELISA is provided, thereby HIV infection inhibiting-material can be rapidly, cheaply and safely detected, so that it can facilitate the development of HIV therapeutic agents. CONSTITUTION: The method for detecting HIV infection inhibiting-material which, in particular, inhibits the activity of gp41 of HIV, comprises the steps of: adsorbing a mutant protein, Trx-N, on the surface of a plastic cell culturing vessel and adding GST-C proteins and testing materials in the vessel; removing free GST-C proteins which are not bound with Trx-N proteins and adding the first antibody(anti-GST Ab) having GST specificity; removing free first antibody and adding the second antibody(anti-Goat Ab) which recognizes the first antibody; removing the free second antibody and adding peroxide (H2O2) and OPD(o-phenylenediamine) as substrates of peroxidase; and detecting the coloring of OPD oxidized by that peroxidase binds with the second antibody.

PURPOSE: A fabrication method of a low voltage varistor-capacitor composite device is to allow a SrTiO3 varistor to have a high non-linearity coefficient and a low breakdown voltage. CONSTITUTION: A fabrication method of a low voltage varistor-capacitor composite device comprises the steps of: preparing a SrTiO3 substrate; diffusing Bi2O3 into the SrTiO3 substrate; and forming a silver electrode on both surfaces of the SrTiO3 substrate. The preparing step of the SrTiO3 comprises the steps of: mixing SrCO3, TiO2 and Nb2O5 in a mixing ratio of 1:1.01:0.006; wet-milling the mixed particles; drying the milled mixture; calcining the dried mixture to form an SrTiO3 powder; compacting the SrTiO3 powder; and sintering the resultant medium in a reduction ambient.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A low temperature sintered SrTiO3 varistor-capacitor dual function device dielectric compound is provided to reduce a sintering temperature from 1400°C to 1200°C. CONSTITUTION: A low temperature sintered SrTiO3 varistor-capacitor dual function device dielectric compound is Sr(1-x-y)BaxCayTiO3. The basic material powder is subjected to wet milling for 24 hours after Nb2O5 is added for increasing conductivity of grain. The basic material powder is dried and PVA(poly-vinyl alcohol) of 2 mol% is added, after wet ball milling. Molding is carried out at 100MPa. The molded sample is sintered in a reduction furnace with N2 and H2 gas of 90 to 10 mixture ratio. The sintered sample is re-oxidized at 900°C to oxidize grain boundary and sample surface so as to form a high resist layer. On the re-oxidized sample, outer electrodes are formed by thermally processing Ag electrodes.
