    Abstract: PURPOSE: A field effect transistor sensor array is provided to simplify maintenance and repair operations by efficiently separating a malfunctioning sensor. CONSTITUTION: An 8 X 8 sensor array(200) is formed on a substrate and has 64 channels. The 8 x 8 sensor array is divided into first to fourth sensor groups(210a-210d). The first to fourth sensor groups include an FET sensor device(F) of a 4 x 4 sensor array type. The FET sensor device is formed by forming a gate electrode and a channel between a source electrode and a drain electrode.
