Abstract: 본 발명은 크레인용 스프레더의 자동 랜딩, 이의 랜딩 방법에 관한 것으로서, 크레인용 스프레더를 컨테이너의 상면에 착탈 가능하게 부착 고정할 수 있는 부착 유닛과, 케이블에 의하여 크레인의 트롤리에 연결되는 풀리를 구비하며 부착 유닛과 결합하여 부착 유닛에 대하여 수평 방향의 이동이 구속되는 헤드 블럭과, 헤드 블럭으로부터 하방으로 이격된 위치에서 헤드 블럭에 대하여 수평 방향으로 이동 가능하게 고정되는 프레임부와, 부착 유닛을 기준으로 프레임부를 변위시켜 프레임부를 컨테이너에 정렬하는 위치 조정 유닛과, 컨테이너에 대하여 프레임부가 정렬되었을 때, 상기 컨테이너를 프레임부에 고정하는 고정 유닛을 구비함으로써, 모바일 하버와 같은 해상 또는 육상에서 여러 가지 외부 요인으로 인하여 흔들리는 스프레더를 신속하고 정확하게 컨테이너에 랜딩하여 안전하게 이송 시킬 수 있는 효과를 가진다. 또한, 프레임부가 컨테이너에 일단 체결된 이후에도 프레임부에 대하여 헤드 블럭을 상대 이동할 수 있도록 함으로써, 프레임부에 고정된 컨테이너의 위치를 세밀하게 제어할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A crane spreader, a crane therewith, a ship with a crane, and an automatic landing method of a crane spreader are provided to precisely control the position of a head block coupled to a frame unit by relatively moving the frame unit to the head block. CONSTITUTION: A crane spreader comprises an attaching unit(120), a head block(100), a frame unit, a position adjusting unit(130), and a fixing unit(140). The attaching unit detachably attaches the crane spreader on the top of a container. The head block has a pulley connected to a trolley of a crane through a cable. The frame unit is downward separated from the head block and is horizontally moved. The position adjusting unit aligns the frame unit on the container. When the frame unit is aligned, the fixing unit fixes the container to the frame unit.
