PURPOSE: A diesel-gasoline mixed combustion engine, a control method thereof, and diesel-gasoline mixed combustion system with a complex ignition method are provided to operate the diesel-gasoline mixed combustion system beyond the operating area by performing ignition with a spark plug. CONSTITUTION: A diesel-gasoline mixed combustion engine with a complex ignition method comprises a cylinder block, a spark plug, a diesel injector, and an electric control unit. The cylinder block comprises a plurality of cylinders, and each cylinder is connected to intake and exhaust manifolds. The spark plug and diesel injector are respectively placed in the cylinders. The electric control unit sucks a gasoline mixture into the cylinders, and performs ignition by the spark plug when the operating area is in a heavy or light load area. The electric control unit performs compression-ignition by injecting diesel to the diesel injector when the operating area is between the heavy and light load areas. PURPOSE: A mixed combustion engine using diesel and gasoline, a control method thereof, and a complex ignition type combustion system are provided to improve cold start performance as the system is ignited by a spark plug in a low load area. CONSTITUTION: Complex ignition type combustion system comprises a cylinder block(10), a spark plug(12), a diesel injector(13), and an electronic control unit(30). The cylinder block comprises a plurality of cylinders(11), and each cylinder is connected to intake(21) and exhaust manifolds. The spark plug and the diesel injector are placed in the cylinder. The electronic control unit sucks air to the cylinder if an operation zone is in a high load area, and performs compression ignition by spraying diesel to the diesel injector. The electronic control unit sucks mixed gas into the cylinder if the operation area is in a low load area, and performs spark ignition. The electronic control unit performs the compression ignition by spraying the diesel to an diesel injector if the operation area is between the high and low load areas.

PURPOSE: A diesel engine piston is provided to reduce incomplete combustion by preventing the overlap between two fuels that are adjacently sprayed. CONSTITUTION: A diesel engine piston includes a combustion chamber(2) protruding from an inner wall of a combustion space. The combustion chamber includes a profile surface(5) which distributes sprayed fuel to upper and lower parts from the protruding part of the inner wall. The combustion space comprises a flat bottom, and a pip(9) symmetrical to the center of a piston body is formed into a cone shape.

PURPOSE: An injector for vehicles is provided to increase the availability ratio of air because fuel is sprayed through a plurality of nozzles, having a different K factors and spread toward the other part of a combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION: An injector for vehicles comprises a cylindrical hosing(10), a plurality of nozzle holes, and a needle. A plurality of the nozzle holes is penetrated through an inner side and outer side of the housing in a lower part of the housing. The needle mover back and forth and opens/closes the nozzle holes selectively. A plurality of nozzle holes comprises a plurality of K factors.

본 발명의 예혼합 압축 착화 혼합 연소방식인 P-mCCI(Pre-mixed Charge Compression Ignition)제어방법은 예혼합기 흡기행정에서 공급되는 공기(+ EGR가스) 및 가솔린 연료가 예혼합 분위기를 조성하고, 이어지는 압축착화행정에서 적어도 2단계로 구분되어 공급된 디젤연료가 디젤의 압축착화연소 분위기를 형성함과 더불어 착화 트리거(Trigger)로 작용하여 화염을 형성하며, 이어지는 팽창행정에서 상기 흡기행정에서 공급되어 예혼합 분위기를 형성한 가솔린 연료가 연소되어 동력을 발생시켜줌으로써, 착화시기 및 연소 제어 곤란에 따른 연소 불안정은 물론 동력성능을 제한하는 노킹(Knocking)등을 모두 해소한 실용화된 디젤-가솔린 복합연료 엔진을 구현하는 특징을 갖는다.
