본 발명은 하이브리드 차량에 있어서, 부스트 부압이 부족할 때 스로틀 개도율이 기준값 이상인 경우 스로틀을 닫고 모터나 스타터로 엔진을 강제로 구동함으로써, 부스트 부압 형성을 위한 진공펌프를 별도로 장착하지 않은 경우에도 부압 형성이 가능하여 원가 및 중량을 절감할 수 있고, 공간을 최적화할 수 있도록 한 하이브리드 차량용 브레이크 부압 제어방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 부스트 부압센서를 통해 부스트 부압을 측정하여 부스트 부압이 제1기준값 이하인지를 판단하는 단계; 상기 부스트 부압이 제1기준값 이하인 경우 엔진이 정지상태인지를 판단하는 단계; 및 상기 엔진이 정지상태라면 모터로 엔진을 회전시켜 브레이크 부압을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 브레이크 부압 제어방법을 제공한다. 아이들 스탑, EV 모드, 모터, 브레이크 부압, 스로틀

The present invention relates to a display structure of a gear position display device, and more particularly, to a display structure of a gear position display device which configures the gear position display device for displaying characters respectively representing each gear position of an automatic transmission vehicle, includes a pair of layer light guide plates as the plates of a gear position display unit configuring the gear position display device, and forms each character engraving representing a gear position inside the pair of layer light guide plates to create a three-dimensional character display, and increases the visibility of the characters by preventing dispersion of light.

본 발명은 고무 Latex(Latex)에 물로부터 호화 시킨 전분 용액을 직접 블렌드(Blend) 하여 원료고무와 충전제를 화학적으로 블렌드 한 고무 조성물이다. 이 때에 고무 Latex와 전분 간의 커플링제(Coupling-agent)로써 레조시놀-포름알데히드(Resorcinol-formaldehyde)를 이용하며, 이를 이용하여 가황 고무 컴파운드(Compound)를 제조한다. 고무 Latex와 호화 전분 용액의 블렌드 시에 커플링제로 레조시놀-포름알데히드를 사용하면 고무와의 친화력이 떨어져 인장강도가 크게 저하되는 문제와 물에 잘 녹는 전분의 특성상 용액상태로 블렌드 시에 일어나는 전분의 손실을 해결할 수 있으며, 그 양의 첨가비에 따라 가황 고무 컴파운드의 물성을 변화시킬 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An electronic shift lever structure is provided to maximize the mutual facing area of stationary and movable magnets by producing the stationary and movable magnets into a ring shape. CONSTITUTION: An electronic shift lever structure comprises a knob(11), a mounting bracket(12), a movable housing(13), a movable magnet(16), and a stationary magnet(17). The mounting bracket is arranged in the lower side in order to join the knob to a console box. The mounting bracket comprises an internal space. The movable housing is arranged inside the mounting bracket. The movable magnet is fixed to the inner periphery of the movable housing. The stationary magnet is arranged inside of the movable magnet.

PURPOSE: A device and a method for detecting automobile failure is provide to use increases and decrease information per unit time of sensing value continuously input, thereby capable of detecting failures which are not detected by existing sensors. CONSTITUTION: A device for detecting automobile failure comprises: an increase and decrease rate calculating device receiving signal from an object for detecting, and calculate the increase and decrease rate of the signal; a first comparing part outputting temporary failure signal in case the increase and decrease rate is over than preset critical value; and a second comparing part outputting final failure signal by comparing counter accumulating the temporary failure signals and the preset critical value, and in case of the accumulated counter is over the preset critical value.

CONSTITUTION: A shift by wire transmitting device for a vehicle comprises a rotating body(3), a cover(7), a motor(9), and a belt unit(11). The rotating body comprises one or more operating button(1) it is rotatable, it is installed. The cover is located in the outside of the rotating body. According to the cover is the relative rotary state of the rotating body, the operation button of the rotating body exposes by outside. One or more operating window(5) is included. The belt unit transfers the torque from the motor to the rotating body. The belt unit comprises a driving pulley(13), a driven pulley(15), and a belt(17). The driving pulley is formed in the rotary shaft of the motor. The driven pulley is formed in the belt unit. It interlinks the driving pulley and driven pulley interval and the belt transfers the power.

A fuel tank frame set is provided to securely support a large-capacity fuel tank and stably fix the fuel tank to a car body by using brackets, a fixing part and a supporting member. A fuel tank frame set includes a main frame(200), an inner bracket(205), an outer bracket(210), a fixing part, and a supporting member. The main frame has a groove formed in a face opposite to the outer face of a fuel tank. The inner bracket is arranged in the groove of the main frame. The outer bracket corresponds to the inner bracket and is arranged outside the main frame. The fixing part fixes the inner bracket and the outer bracket. The supporting member is arranged between the fuel tank and the main frame.
