    Abstract: An integrated oil sensor is provided to exactly sense deterioration of oil by measuring physical and chemical changes simultaneously, and to determine replenishment of oil by including plural integrated oil sensors at an oil cylinder rod. An integrated oil sensor comprises a capacitor formed of two electrodes(41,43) provided with grooves on the surfaces thereof so that oil infiltrates between the electrodes, an inductor provided at the outer side of the capacitor for LC resonation with the capacitor, and a resonator(42) provided between the electrodes of the capacitor and made of piezoelectric material for being resonated vertically by the LC resonation.
