Abstract: PURPOSE: A sound transmitting device of a sound generator for a vehicle is provided to obtain sporty sounds by removing the noise from the sounds generated by the sound generator as the booming noises generated in an engine via a resonator is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A sound transmitting device of a sound generator(30) for a vehicle comprises an intake duct unit(15) and a dash panel(20). The dash panel is arranged in a vehicle room and an engine room and includes through-holes in some portions of the dash panel. One end portion of the sound generator is connected to the intake duct unit, and the other end portion thereof is connected to be penetrated through the through-holes so that a sporty sound amplified from the engine operating sounds are transmitted to the vehicle room. A wire ring(45) required for driving electric parts is penetrated through the through-holes.
