Abstract: 본 발명은 오일 필러 캡의 이탈 방지 구조에 관한 것이고, 더욱 상세하게는, 밸브 바디 커버 파이프에 단면이 직방체 형상인 캡 고정부를 형성하고, 오일 필러 캡의 하단부에 단면이 직방체 형상인 캡 고정 돌기를 형성하여 오일 필러 캡의 이탈을 방지하는 구조에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 상부에 손잡이가 형성되고, 상기 손잡이의 하부에 커버가 형성되며, 상기 커버의 하면 중심부에 외주면이 주름 상자 모양으로 형성된 마개가 형성되고, 상기 마개의 하면 중심부에 상기 마개의 직경보다 작은 직경의 원주형상의 고정 넥이 형성되며, 상기 고정 넥의 하부에 단면이 직방체 형상인 고정 헤드가 형성된 오일 필러 캡, 및, 상기 마개의 외경에 상응한 내경을 가진 원통형의 본체가 형성되고, 상기 본체의 상부 가장자리에 전둘레에 걸쳐 바깥쪽으로 돌출된 캡 걸림부가 형성되며, 상기 본체의 아래쪽에 상기 고정 헤드의 형상에 상응한 내주면을 가진 고정 파이프부가 형성되고, 상기 고정 파이프의 하단부에서 대각 방향으로 한 쌍의 스토퍼가 형성된 밸브 바디 파이프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.-

Abstract: A breakaway preventive structure of an oil filler cap is provided to prevent displacement of oil filler cap because a cap fixing unit is formed on a valve body cover pipe and a cap fixed protrusion is formed on the bottom of the oil filler cap. A breakaway preventive structure of an oil filler cap comprises a oil filler cap(10) and a valve body pipe(21). The oil filler cap comprises a cover(12) which is formed in the lower part of a handle(11), a cap(13) having the outer circumference like a corrugated box, a fixed neck(14) which is formed in the center of the lower face of the cap, and a fixed head(15) which is formed in the lower part of the fixed neck and whereof the cross section is cubic. The oil filler cap comprises a cylindrical main body(23) which has an inner diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of the cap, a cap holder(22) which protrudes outward from the upper edge of the main body, a fixing pipe(24) which has the inner circumference corresponding to the shape of the fixed head of the main body, and a pair of stoppers(25) which are diagonally formed in the bottom of the fixed pipe.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a canister structure of a vehicle capable of increasing efficiency of discharging purge air and filling air by making a hole in a filing pipe and a purge pipe in the canister.
