Abstract: PURPOSE: A vehicle TCU teaching method is provided to easily implement the initialization of TCU by scanning the TCU after inputting the inherent characteristic data of a transmission in the one dimensional bar code. CONSTITUTION: The inherent characteristic data of a transmission is measured. The inherent characteristic data is inputted in the one dimensional bar code. The one dimensional bar code is attached to the corresponding transmission. The inherent characteristic data of the one dimensional bar code is scanned and inputted to the TCU.

A method for controlling safety of the hybrid vehicle comprises: a step of determining the detection of urgent brake or ABS(anti-lock brake system) operation; a step of stopping regenerative braking of the motor and blocking torque connection of the engine and transmission; and a step of compensating the motor torque in case of detection of decrease of engine RPM.
