본 발명은 TPO 수지 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 부분 가교 TPO 수지, 완전가교 TPO 수지, 무가교 TPO 수지, 폴리프로필렌 수지, 고용융강도 폴리프로필렌 수지, 폴리에틸렌 수지, 에틸렌옥텐 고무 및 무기 충전제를 포함하는 TPO 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 TPO 수지 조성물은 진공성형과 기재의 사출성형이 동시에 가능하므로 제조공정이 단축되어 제조가격이 절감되며, 엠보스(Emboss)전사율이 우수하여 자동차 내장 부품 중 인스트루먼트 판넬(Instrument Panel), 도어 트림 판넬(Door Trim Panel) 등에 유용하게 적용할 수 있다. PURPOSE: A thermoplastic olefin resin composition is provided to simultaneously enable vacuum forming and injection molding, and to ensure excellent emboss transfer rate. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic olefin resin composition includes 15~20 weight% of partially crosslinked thermoplastic olefin resin, 4~8 weight% of wholly crosslinked thermoplastic olefin resin, 25~38 weight% of non-crosslinked thermoplastic olefin resin, 2~7 weight% of polypropylene resin, 22~26 weight% of % high melt strength poly propylene resin, 4~6 weight% of polyethylene resin, 4~6 weight% of ethylene octane rubber and 5~15 weight% of inorganic filler.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A micro pellet type thermoplastic polyurethane composition for powder slush molding process and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance mechanical property, light-proof, heat resistance, anti-hydrolysis property, and releasability. CONSTITUTION: A micro pellet type thermoplastic polyurethane composition for powder slush molding process comprises 5-10 weight% of ester-based polyol, 5-10 weight% of ether based polyol, 30-70 weight% of polycarbonate diol, 10-50 weight% of isocyanate, 5-30 weight% of chain extender, and 0.1-5 weight% of light-resistant stabilizer. The ester based polyol is more than one kind which is selected from polycaprolactone polyol, butylene adipate, ethylene adipate, and diethylene diadipate. The ether based polyol is polypropylene glycol, polytetramethylene ether glycol, or a mixture thereof.

PURPOSE: A TPO sheet composition is provided to ensure excellent bondability with an aqueous coating agent such as an aqueous primer and a surface treating agent and to enable the manufacture of automobile interiors with excellent properties through female vacuum molding. CONSTITUTION: A TPO sheet composition comprises 35~45 weight% of partially crosslinked thermoplastic olefin resin, 5~15 weight% of non-crosslinked thermoplastic olefin resin, 10~20 weight% of polypropylene resin, 10~20 weight% of ethylene octene rubber, 10~20 weight% of linear low-density polyethylene resin and 5~10 weight% of inorganic filler. The partially crosslinked thermoplastic olefin resin has a hardness of Shore A 65.

A thermoplastic polyolefin-based elastomer sheet composition for water-based coating is provided to realize excellent mechanical properties including elongation, heat resistance and moldability, and moisture- and chemical resistance. A thermoplastic polyolefin-based elastomer sheet composition for water-based coating comprises: (a) 40-45 wt% of partially crosslinked thermoplastic polyolefin-based elastomer resin; (b) 5-10 wt% of non-crosslinked thermoplastic polyolefin-based elastomer resin; (c) 15-20 wt% of a polypropylene resin; (d) 15-20 wt% of an ethylene octene rubber resin; (e) 2-5 wt% of a linear low density polyethylene resin having a specific gravity of 0.92-0.94; (f) 10-15 wt% of a polyethylene master batch containing 2-3 wt% of a lubricant; and (g) 4-5 wt% of an inorganic filler.
