Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaped body containing at least one porous oxidic material and having sufficient mechanical stability usable as a catalyst in a fixed bed.SOLUTION: The shaped body includes at least one porous oxidic material which can be obtained according to a method comprising the following steps: (I) adding a mixture containing at least one alcohol and water to a mixture containing the porous oxidic material or a mixture of two or more materials of the same type and (II) kneading, molding, drying and firing the mixture added in step (I).

Abstract: Procedimiento para la obtención de compuestos del ácido glicérico de la fórmula general (I) **(Ver fórmula)** en la que R1, R2 y R3 significan, de manera independiente entre sí, hidrógeno, alquilo con 1 hasta 12 átomos de carbono, arilo con 6 hasta 12 átomos de carbono, alcarilo con 7 hasta 13 átomos de carbono o aralquilo con 7 hasta 13 átomos de carbono y X significa hidrógeno, Na o NH4, por medio de una saponificación, catalizada con bases, de los compuestos del ácido glicídico de la fórmula general (II) **(Ver fórmula)** en la que Y significa NH2, con una lejía de hidróxido sódico con una concentración comprendida entre un 10 y un 50% en peso con adición de agua sobre el anillo de epóxido, que provoca la apertura del anillo, siendo preparada la amida del ácido glicídico de la fórmula general (II), que es empleada, por medio de la reacción de acrilonitrilos de la fórmula general (III) **(Ver fórmula)** con peróxido de hidrógeno, a un valor del pH comprendido entre 7 y 8 y a una temperatura comprendida entre 30 y 60ºC, dosificándose lejía de hidróxido de sodio con una concentración comprendida entre un 5 y un 50% en peso para mantener constante el valor del pH y la temperatura.

Abstract: Verfahren zur Herstellung von 1-Hydroxy-2-methyl-3-pentanon (I) durch Umsetzung von Formaldehyd mit Diethylketon in einem Reaktor in Gegenwart von Wasser und einer basischen Komponente bei einer Temperatur von 50 bis 150°C und einem Druck von 0,2 bis 10 MPa abs, bei dem man als basische Komponente ein Trialkylamin aus der Gruppe enthaltend Trimethylamin, N,N-Dimethylethylamin, N,N-Diethylmethylamin, Triethylamin, N,N-Dimethyl-n-propylamin, N-Ethyl-N-methyl-n-propylamin, N,N-Dimethyl-isopropylamin, N-Ethyl-N-methyl-isopropylamin, N,N-Dimethyl-n-butylamin, N,N-Dimethyl-iso-butylamin und N,N-Dimethyl-sec-butylamin einsetzt, und aus dem erhaltenen Reaktionsgemisch in einer Destillationsvorrichtung Trialkylamin als Leichtsieder, und ein 1-Hydroxy-2-methyl-3-pentanon (I) enthaltendes Sumpfprodukt als Schwersieder abtrennt, wobei man die Destillationsvorrichtung bei einem Kopfdruck von 0,2 bis 1 MPa abs betreibt.
