Abstract: Disclosed are a device of complex gas mixture detection based on optical-path-adjustable spectrum detection and a method therefor, and the device includes: a light source configured for generating an incident beam and emitting the incident beam into an optical gas cell; the optical gas cell, including a cavity configured for accommodating a gas sample, and a reflection module group configured for reflecting the incident beam and a track arranged in the cavity, where the track is consistent with a light path of the light beam in the cavity; a detector module that is connected with the track in a relatively movable manner and is configured for receiving light beams and obtaining spectral data, where an optical path is changed by moving the detector module relative to the track; and a data acquisition unit that is configured for acquiring the spectral data obtained by the detector module.

Abstract: A method, a system, and a non-transitory computer readable medium for accurate Raman spectroscopy. The method may include executing at least one iteration of the steps of: (i) performing, by an optical measurement system, a calibration process that comprises (a) finding a misalignment between a region of interest defined by a spatial filter, and an impinging beam of radiation that is emitted from an illuminated area of a sample, the impinging beam impinges on the spatial filter; and (b) determining a compensating path of propagation of the impinging beam that compensates the misalignment; and (ii) performing a measurement process, while the optical measurement system is configured to provide the compensating path of propagation of the impinging beam, to provide one or more Raman spectra.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a portable apparatus for detecting early crop diseases based on spatial frequency domain imaging. The apparatus includes an end cover, a spatial frequency domain imaging apparatus, a dark box body, a telescopic section, and an opening-and-closing apparatus connected in sequence. The detection method includes: putting a crop sample to be detected into the dark box body from a bottom; projecting structured light of sine grey scale patterns with different spatial frequencies to the crop sample; after the sine gray scale pattern is switched each time, acquiring, by a camera, a diffuse reflection image of a surface of the crop sample once; after capturing all diffuse reflection images, performing uniformity correction on the images, demodulating the images, and extracting an alternating current component; and inputting an alternating current component image to a trained disease detection model, and determining whether the crop sample has a disease.
