Abstract: An object has a first conductor structure, an electronic unit, a second conductor structure galvanically isolated from the first conductor structure and/or from the electronic unit but coupleable electrically thereto, and a carrier structure with a first pliable carrier layer having a first carrier layer region and with a second carrier layer region. The carrier structure is a layer stack in a base surface region including at least part of the carrier structure base surface and includes at least the first and second carrier layer regions. At least part of the conductor structures is in the base surface region. The first conductor structure and/or the electronic unit is joined with the first carrier layer region. The second conductor structure is joined with the second carrier layer region and coupleable electrically to the first conductor structure and/or the electronic unit by a layer stack surface region outside the electronic unit.

Abstract: Apparatus, including a flexible insulating substrate, having a first side and a second side, rolled about an axis parallel to the substrate. The apparatus also includes a first conducting spiral that is right-handed relative to a normal to the substrate, and a second conducting spiral that is left-handed relative to the normal, formed on the first side of the substrate. The first conducting spiral has a first initial termination and a first final termination, the second conducting spiral has a second initial termination and a second final termination, the spirals have a displacement therebetween, with a preset magnitude so that when the substrate is rolled about the axis the first initial termination aligns with the second initial termination. The apparatus also has a via penetrating the substrate from the first side to the second side so as to interconnect the first initial termination and the second initial termination.

Abstract: A transmission line member includes a dielectric base body. At an intermediate point in a thickness direction of the dielectric base body, first and second signal conductors are disposed. A reference ground conductor is disposed at one side of the first and second signal conductors in the thickness direction, and an auxiliary ground conductor is disposed at the other side. At intermediate points of the first signal conductor, a coil conductor and a capacitor-defining plate conductor are disposed. The capacitor-defining plate conductor faces the reference ground conductor and the auxiliary ground conductor to connect a low pass filter and the first transmission line. A coil conductor is disposed between the second signal conductor and the reference ground conductor, and connected to the second signal conductor and the reference ground conductor to connect a high pass filter and the second transmission line.

Abstract: A display device includes a display panel and a control circuit board configured to provide a driving signal to the display panel. The display panel includes a plurality of pixel structures of which pixel structures arranged in one row are connected to one gate line. Pixel structures arranged in one column are connected to one data line. The control circuit board includes a driving chip, an end portion of each of the gate lines and an end portion of each of the data lines are respectively provided with panel pins. The control circuit board is provided with circuit board pins to be electrically connected with the panel pins, and connecting lines through which pins of the control circuit board are connected to the circuit board pins. A spacing between adjacent circuit board pins is larger than a spacing between adjacent pins of the driving chip connected with the circuit board pins.

Abstract: Tamper-respondent assemblies, electronic assembly packages, and methods of fabrication are provided which include multiple, discrete tamper-respondent sensors that overlap, at least in part, and facilitate defining a secure volume about one or more electronic components to be protected, such as an electronic assembly. Abstract: The present invention provides a flexible printed circuit capable of being mounted to an outer edge portion of a display panel including a periphery that is at least partially curved. The flexible printed circuit of the present invention includes: a flexible substrate provided with multiple slits; multiple conductive lines; and multiple terminals electrically coupled with the respective conductive lines in an independent manner. The slits and the conductive lines are disposed in the longitudinal direction of the flexible substrate. The terminals are disposed on a first longitudinal end of the flexible substrate.
