    Abstract: A photodetector array comprising at least one first sensor and at least one second sensor on the horizontal surface of the array substrate. The at least one first sensor is sensitive to radiation in a first wavelength range which comprises long-wavelength infrared wavelengths, and the at least one second sensor is sensitive to radiation in a second wavelength range which comprises wavelengths shorter than long-wavelength infrared. The array substrate comprises a vertical cavity on its horizontal surface, and the first sensor comprises a layer of pyroelectric material (65) which extends horizontally across the vertical cavity in the first area. A first part of a layer of two-dimensional layered material at least partly covers the layer of pyroelectric material (65), and a second part of the layer of two-dimensional layered material at least partly covers the foundation of the second sensor.

    Abstract: In a spectroscopic module, a light shielding member is disposed between a plurality of bandpass filters and a light detector. The light shielding member includes a plurality of wall portions. The plurality of wall portions are arranged along an X direction with a light passage opening interposed therebetween, each of a plurality of optical paths from the plurality of bandpass filters to a plurality of light receiving regions passing through the light passage opening. A first wall portion and a second wall portion adjacent to each other among the plurality of wall portions are in contact with the bandpass filter, the bandpass filter corresponding to the light passage opening between the first wall portion and the second wall portion. A width in a Y direction of the light passage opening is larger than a width in the Y direction of the bandpass filter.

    Abstract: An apparatus comprises: a first narrow bandwidth electromagnetic wave filter, a second narrow bandwidth electromagnetic wave filter, and an electromagnetic wave dispersive filter. The first narrow bandwidth electromagnetic wave filter is configured to: convert a wide bandwidth signal to a first monochromatic signal; and direct the first monochromatic signal to at least one first pixel.     Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to hyperspectral spectroscopy, and in particular, to systems, methods and devices enabling a single-sensor hyperspectral imaging device. Hyperspectral (also known as “multispectral”) spectroscopy is an imaging technique that integrates multiples images of an object resolved at different narrow spectral bands (i.e., narrow ranges of wavelengths) into a single data structure, referred to as a three-dimensional hyperspectral data cube. Data provided by hyperspectral spectroscopy allow for the identification of individual components of a complex composition through the recognition of spectral signatures of individual components within the three-dimensional hyperspectral data cube.
