Abstract: Disclosed are an optimization method and a system based on a screwdriving technology in mobile phone manufacturing. The method comprises: acquiring mobile phone machining data; establishing a technological framework; determining initial screwdriving technological parameters and a range of the screwdriving technological parameters by a neural network algorithm; building a digital twin model of a screwdriving device by a digital twin technology and establishing a virtual-real synchronous real-object simulation platform to make a real object and a simulation model run synchronously; integrating the digital twin model of the screwdriving device with each module to synchronize data of the screwdriving device with data of each module; and if screwdriving feedback information is abnormal, optimizing the screwdriving technology according to the range of the parameters. A real-time running state can be tested and technological parameters can be monitored during technological process, and parameters in the screwdriving technological process can be adjusted in time.

Abstract: Disclosed is a smart contract and an automatic bargaining method for secure multi-party computation and a device embodies same. A first public key and a first private key are generated based on a homomorphic encryption algorithm in the smart contract, the first public key is sent to a demander and a supplier so that the demander and the supplier encrypt the purchase price and the sale price through the first public key, respectively; after receiving a second public key and an encrypted purchase price sent by the demander and a third public key and an encrypted sale price sent by the supplier, the encrypted sale price and the encrypted purchase price that meet the preset transaction conditions are decrypted.

Abstract: A device for processing microstructure arrays of polystyrene-graphene nanocomposites, including a laser generator, a vacuum chamber, an object stage, an ultraviolet filter and a gas flow control unit. The object stage is detachably fixed to a bottom of the vacuum chamber with a passage that can be opened or closed. The ultraviolet filter is provided in the vacuum chamber. A laser light emitted by the laser generator arrives at the object stage through the ultraviolet filter. The object stage is configured to place a sample to be processed. The gas flow control unit is communicated with the vacuum chamber and is configured to control the flow of the gas entering the vacuum chamber. The vacuum chamber is fixed on a three-axis precision positioning platform via a vacuum chamber clamp. The device disclosed herein aims to solve the existing difficulty in processing microstructure arrays of polystyrene-graphene nanocomposites.
