Abstract:
The present disclosure provides apparatuses, methods, and products, directed to confectionery products containing a melted gum base composition. A dispensing device sprays particles of a molten gum base composition onto an edible substrate. The molten gum base composition solidifies to form the melted gum base composition. The melted gum base composition may contain one or more organoleptic components and may be in layer form, in the shape of an object, or in the shape of a three-dimensional object.
Abstract:
An adhering amount detecting process includes: lowering the nozzle to a trial application position; performing a trial application to apply the viscous material to a trial application surface disposed on an application stage; and detecting an amount of the viscous material adhering to the nozzle. Then, whether a difference between maximum and minimum values of the amounts of the viscous material adhering to the nozzle detected by performing the adhering amount detecting process a plurality of times exceeds a threshold is determined. If the difference is determined as not exceeding the threshold, the lowered position of the nozzle with respect to the application target is set such that a gap between the nozzle at the lowered position and an application surface of an application target coincides with a gap between the nozzle at the trial application position and the trial application surface.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for spraying a surface of a substrate, wherein the device comprises at least one first spray nozzle for the supply of a fluid to the surface of the substrate to be treated and the first spray nozzle is arranged at a first distance from the substrate, wherein at least one second spray nozzle is arranged at a second distance from the substrate and a ratio of the second distance to the first distance is in a range from 0.1 to 0.8. At most a first volume flow of the fluid can be passed through the at least one first spray nozzle and at most a second volume flow of the fluid can be passed through the at least one second spray nozzle, wherein the ratio of the second volume flow to the first volume flow is in a range from 0.005 to 0.5.
Abstract:
A system for treating surfaces of objects, in particular for painting objects, in particular vehicle body parts, comprising a treatment booth, which defines a treatment space. The objects are conveyed into and back out of the treatment space by means of a conveying device. The conveying device comprises a conveying element, by means of which a first surface having a first retaining device for at least one object and at least one second surface having a second retaining device for at least one object are provided. The first and the second surface are arranged in such a way that the first or the second surface bounds the treatment space at least in some areas depending on the position of the conveying element.
Abstract:
The present invention provides film forming equipment that can reduce the space necessary for coating. The film forming equipment has an object conveyor for moving an object (50); a spray gun conveyor (41) for moving a spray gun (30) that sprays a coating material; and a controller for controlling operations of the object conveyor (41), the spray gun (30), and the spray gun conveyor, wherein the controller moves the object (50) in a specific direction while spraying a coating material from the spray gun (30) and reciprocates the object (50) so that partial layer coating can be sequentially conducted, and while coating the object (50), the controller shifts the object (50) and the spray gun (30) while keeping the relative positions of the object and the spray gun to each other constant.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a transferring apparatus for a liquid material spray printer, which prevents shaking of a transferring table generated when the transferring table on which a subject to be coated is mounted is reciprocating. The transferring apparatus includes a flat table; a pinion gear installed to the flat table to transfer a driving force; a support roller installed to the flat table and having magnetism; and a transferring table installed to an upper portion of the flat table and supported by the support roller. A rack gear to be engaged with the pinion gear is installed to a lower surface of the transferring table to reciprocate within a range so that liquid material sprayed from a spray assembly is coated on a surface of the subject. Thus, shaking of the transferring table is prevented due to the magnetism of the support roller while the transferring table is reciprocating.
Abstract:
A film forming apparatus includes a processing chamber defined by walls, an application preparation room in which an applicator is temporary provided, a first carrier transporting the applicator from the application preparation room to the processing chamber, a stage on which a substrate is disposed and a maintenance part disposed adjacent to the application preparation room. A liquid is applied from the applicator onto the substrate to form a film on the substrate.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides non-contact printed comestible products and methods for making these products. The comestible products include an edible substrate and an edible ink-indicia on the substrate. An organoleptic component which corresponds to a feature of the edible ink-indicia and/or a feature of the edible substrate is present on the edible substrate. The edible ink-indicia and the organoleptic component increase the consumer appeal for the product.
Abstract:
The installation for coating a workpiece with powder in accordance with the invention comprises a powder spray device and a guide arm, the powder spray device being supported in such a manner as to be rotatable with respect to the guide arm around a rotation axis and giving rise to a principal powder spraying direction that differs from the rotation axis.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for the production of components with a pre-determined surface appearance, in particular for front panels of kitchen units, whereby the components are printed with a pre-determined pattern by means of a printing method which may be programmed corresponding to the appearance achieved. The invention further relates to a device for the production of said components and a system in which groups of said components are produced.
