In some embodiments, the fixing base comprises a cylindrical first body portion (21) having a pair of notches (21H), a cylindrical second body portion being larger than the diameter of the first body portion and having a joint (23H), and a groove portion (25) formed in between the first and second body portion and having an equal or less diameter of a space of the pair of notches. A first body portion and a stepped surface (21B) of the groove portion is contacted to a base surface of a lamp holder (50) when the fixing base is inserted to the lamp holder.
Abstract:
A method of forming a polymer layer on a support surface by the use of a coating agent and polymerizable compounds. The coating agent provides photoreactive groups adapted to attach the agent to the surface, as well as photoreactive groups adapted to remain unattached to the surface, and thus serve as photoinitiators for the activation of polymerizable compounds in order to form a polymer layer thereon. Also provided are coating agents, per se, as well as a method of using such agents and the resultant surfaces and devices fabricated therefrom.
Abstract:
In a surface treatment method of treating the surface of a material to be treated, by irradiating with light the material to be treated and a mediating material in contact with each other, the mediating material itself causes substantially no interaction upon irradiation with light. The surface of the material to be treated is treated by provision of a chemical reaction field, in which a substituent of the material to be treated and an atom of atomic group of the mediating material is induced by excitation, by irradiating with light by using the logical product of the contact interface between the material to be treated and the mediating material and the light irradiation region, thereby causing and progressing bonded state transition.
Abstract:
This invention provides a high-solids coating composition which comprises (A) a compound which has at least one radically polymerizable unsaturated group per molecule, (B) a hydroxyl group-containing ester compound which is obtained by ester-forming addition reaction between 2,2-dimethylolalkanoic acid having 6 to 8 carbon atoms and alkanoic acid monoglycidylester, and which has an acid value of 20 mgKOH/g or less, (C) a curing agent which is reactive with the above-mentioned hydroxyl group-containing ester compound (B), and (D) a photopolymerization initiator, and also provides a process to form a coating film by spray coating of said coating composition, which process is characterized by irradiating flying paint particles which have been sprayed and/or paint which has been applied onto a substrate with active energy ray so as to make the coating composition partially react, and by subsequently heating the coating composition.

A surface acoustic wave filter includes an antenna terminal, a transmitting filter and a variable branching line both of which are coupled to the antenna terminal and a receiving filter coupled to the variable branching line. The transmitting filter has a first end series-arm SAW resonator, a second end series-arm SAW resonator, a middle series-arm SAW resonator coupled between the first and second end series-arm SAW resonators and parallel-arm SAW resonators. Each of the first and second end series-arm SAW resonator has a first resonance frequency. The middle series-arm SAW resonator has a second resonance frequency that is higher than the first resonance frequency.
Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a processing method to produce a porous polymer film that consists of sp2CnullX and HC-sp3CnullnullX bonds (wherein, XnullH or F), and exhibits at least a crystal melting temperature, (nullTmnull). The porous polymer films produced by this invention are useful for fabricating future integrated circuits (nullIC'snull). The method described herein is useful for preparing the porous polymer films by polymerizing reactive intermediates, formed from a first-precursor, with a low feed rate and at temperatures equal to or below a melting temperature of intermediate (T1m). Second-precursors that do not become reactive intermediates or have an incomplete conversion to reactive intermediates are also transported to a deposition chamber and become an inclusion of the deposited film. By utilizing a subsequent in-situ, post treatment process the inclusions in the deposited film can be removed to leave micro-pores in the resultant film. Annealing methods are used herein to stabilize the polymer films after reactive plasma etching. Furthermore, the present invention pertains to employment of reductive plasma conditions for patterning polymer films that consist of sp2CnullX and HC-sp3CnullnullX bonds (wherein, XnullH, F).
