Also disclosed is a film that is formed from the powder coating material composition, a laminate including the film, a coated article wherein the film of the powder coating material composition is provided on a metal substrate, and a film-forming method which includes forming a primer film on an object to be coated, and forming a film on a surface of the primer film using the powder coating material composition.

Moreover, residual carbon is eliminated or minimized by eliminating or minimizing the content of binders, thereby improving battery performance.

The total solids content of the coating composition is from 7.5-11.5 wt.-%; the viscosity at 23° C. is from 2000-12000 mPas at a shear rate of 0.1 s-1¬; the amount of the polymeric surface-active agent is from 0.5-25 wt.-% based on the total solids content of the coating composition; the amount of the organic rheology control agent is from 5-12 wt.-% based on the total solids content of the coating composition; and the coating composition does not contain platelet-shaped particulate material having a median particle size of 2 μm or more. Further disclosed herein are methods of producing a coating and applying the coating with a device producing a coating composition jet, and substrates coated by the methods.

Abstract: A curved substrate with a film includes a substrate having a first main surface, a second main surface and an end surface, and an antiglare film provided on the first main surface. The substrate has a flat portion and a bent portion. A value obtained by dividing a reflected-image diffusibility index value R of the bent portion by the sum of the reflected-image diffusibility index value R of the bent portion and a reflected-image diffusibility index value R of the flat portion is 0.3 or higher and 0.8 or less.
