PURPOSE: An OFDM[Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing] frequency offset estimating method based on the combination of continuous correlation values is provided to obtain a correlation value which is nearly constant regardless of a time error value. CONSTITUTION: The components of a differentially combined result are added. A time error which maximizes the added value of components is calculated. PURPOSE: A synchronization improvement method of a marine telematics Galileo satellite system is provided to solve a plurality of peak problems of AltBOC(alternative binary offset carrier) signals and CBOC(composite BOC) signals. CONSTITUTION: A unit pulse signal S0alt, S2alt, ···,S2k-1alt is defined to indicate an AltBOC(kn, n) signal subcarrier in a half period. A correlation function of the defined unit pulse signal and AltBOC(1.5n, n) signals are indicated as R0alt, R2alt, ···,R2k-1alt and by reuniting a sum total of the correlation functions according to an equation, the correlating function removing a peripheral peak. The sensor node senses dangers on a ship. The guide node guides passengers to an evacuation path. The middle collection node processes collected information. PURPOSE: A method for implementing an efficient embedded system of an SVM-based sound classifier proper for a marine environment is provided to allocate different transmission rates depending on a voice signal type by accurately distinguishing the voice signal type proper for the marine environment. CONSTITUTION: An embedded system obtains two or more support vectors by learning. The embedded system checks a contribution level of each support vector. The embedded system performs discriminant computation by an SVM(Support Vector Machine) algorithm except for a support vector having a lower contribution level than a preset level.

PURPOSE: A high order modulation demapping communication method is provided to offer an optimum bit separation method for demodulating 8PSK, 16APSK and 32 APSK modulation signals. CONSTITUTION: A high order modulation demapping communication method applying an adaptive modulation method in marine time communication includes a stage of applying an approximate formula omitting a logarithmic calculation process and an exponential process in an LLR(Log Likelihood Ratio) method and a stage of determining a reception bit by calculating a distance between a reception signal and a mapping point of a constellation after omitting a multiplication part multiplying a channel estimation value in an approximate formula.

PURPOSE: An SoQ(Service of Quality) based cooperative communication protocol implementation method is provided to connect an installed system by having compatibility with a WiMedia D-MAC(Distributed-Medium Access Control) standard technology without modifying a specific system. CONSTITUTION: In case it is possible to reserve MAS S-R and MAS R-T for random relay nodes, a reservation host node sets up a reservation reason code of a DRP IE for MAS S-T as relay approval and transmits the reservation reason code to a reservation target node. The reservation host node sets up a reservation detail state code of the DRP IE for MAS S-R as relay request and transmits the reservation detail state code to the relay node. The relay node sets up the reservation detail state code of the DRP IE for MAS R-T as relay notification and transmits the reservation detail code to the reservation target node. In case the reservation detail code of the DRP IE received from the relay node and the reservation target node is relay approval, the reservation host node transmits data through the relay node.

PURPOSE: A PFMIPv6 based vertical handover method is provided to continuously offer a multimedia service by connecting various APs(Access Point) through a terminal including a multi-wireless interface. CONSTITUTION: When a report message is transmitted by an MIHF(Media Independent Handover Function) of a corresponding terminal, the MIHF transmits a network layer message which notifies the initialization of handover to a previous MAG(Mobile Access Gateway). When the previous MAG receives the layer message, the previous MAG previously transmits information which is the same as an MN-ID(Mobile Node-Identification) and LMAA to a new MAG. After an IP(Internet Protocol) address is set, the new MAG transmits a PBU(Proxy Binding Update) message and receives PBA(Proxy Binding Acknowledgement).

PURPOSE: A sound model compensation method which combines mask based multi-channel sound separation for marine sound is provided to analyze noise and voice properties, thereby improving performance of voice recognition. CONSTITUTION: A noise model and a weighted value necessary for sound model adaptation are obtained by using an HMM based mask. Mask information is estimated from a binaural signal. Noise is decreased by using the mask. After MMSS(Mask-based Multi-channel Source Separation) is performed, a 13th MFCC(Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficient) is extracted from a voice signal.

PURPOSE: An entropy coding method of a compressed specific parameter for distribution voice recognition in marine environment is provided to add and transmit 10.07 bits as an error prevention bit, thereby preventing performance degradation of a distribution voice recognition system caused by packet loss during communication of the marine environment. CONSTITUTION: A distribution voice recognition system quantizes an MFCC(Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficient) and log energy extracted in a corresponding frame. The distribution voice recognition system additionally compresses a sub-vector index of the MFCC and indexes of C0 and log-E sub-vector by using a Huffman table corresponding to voice classification of the frame. The system calculates differential information for the compressed index. The system applies differential Huffman coding to the differential information.
