Durability of a planetary gear set can be enhanced and noise can be reduced by utilizing a power transmitting apparatus for a hybrid vehicle that supports a planetary gear set in an axial direction and a perpendicular direction. In addition, because a parking gear is disposed on a second shaft, torque can be minimized when the vehicle is parked on a slanted road.
Abstract:
A dust cover mounting structure for a torsion damper of a hybrid vehicle system is provided to prevent breakdown of an electric motor, thereby improving reliability of the product. A dust cover mounting structure for a torsion damper(50) of a hybrid vehicle system comprises an electric motor(20), a crank shaft(11), a transmission(12), and the torsion damper. The electric motor is mounted to one side of an engine(10). The crank shaft of the engine is connected to a rotor(24) of the electric motor. The transmission is mounted to one side of the electric motor. The torsion damper reduces torsional vibration generated while driving force of the engine and the electric motor is transmitted to the transmission. The torsion damper is mounted between a motor housing and a transmission housing. A dust cover(40) is attached to the outside of a disc plate of the torsion damper, so that a damper spring(53) and a spring guide are not exposed to the outside, thereby preventing dust generated by friction between the damper spring and the spring guide from infiltrating in a gap(G) between a stator(22) and the rotor.

A stick shift having an output clutch is provided to simplify a structure by removing a synchro-mesh device of each gear level through installing a clutch between an output shaft and a deep case to cut off power-conveying in stepping on a clutch pedal or in placing a gear lever on the neutral position and to improve speed-shift feeling of drivers by reducing gear fluctuation while speed-shifting. A stick shift having an output clutch comprises an input shaft(51) supplied with the rotational force through a clutch; an output shaft(52) installed parallel with the input shaft to have the rotational force output by each gear level; an output gear(55) installed on the output shaft; a differential device(60) transferring the driving force to both side wheels by receiving the rotational force from the output shaft; an output clutch means(70) installed between the output gear and the differential device to cut/continue power-conveying according to operation of drivers; and a control means(80) detecting operation of the drivers and regulating the output clutch means. The output clutch means comprises a synchro member(71) installed between the output gear and the differential device to synchro-operate both in transferring power and an electronic actuator(76) operating the synchro member according to regulation by the control means.

PURPOSE: A synchronizer and a position regulating ring thereof for a manual transmission are provided to improve durable life span of components and to increase shift reliability and quality by preventing seizing between synchronizer rings with a position regulating ring mounted among inner, outer, and middle rings. CONSTITUTION: A synchronizer for a manual transmission is composed of a middle ring(57) combined to a lateral side of a clutch gear(60) and formed with a friction surface between inner and outer peripheral surfaces; inner and outer rings(58,56) arranged on the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of the middle ring, respectively, separated from or closely contacted to the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of the middle ring to execute a clutch action, and combined intermittently to each other in the rotational direction; and a position regulating unit(70) interposed between the inner and outer rings to supply elastic force for separating easily the inner and outer rings from the middle ring.

PURPOSE: A multidisk clutch having a damper is provided to decrease impact from different rotation ratio in shifting, and to reduce rotational vibration of an engine by inserting a torsion spring between the intermediate portion and the lower part of the clutch. CONSTITUTION: A multidisk clutch comprises a lower part(10) spline-combined with a driving shaft; an intermediate part(20) spline-combined and fitted to the lower part of the clutch and composed of multidisks; and an upper part composed of multidisks arranged alternately with multidisks of the intermediate part, and placed outside the intermediate part with sliding along the driving shaft to transmit power to a main shaft gear. A damper(40) is placed between the lower part and the intermediate part of the clutch to absorb impact in shifting or vibration in rotating the engine.

PURPOSE: Bearing installing structure of a manual transmission is provided to prevent noise by installing a component absorbing difference of heat expansion and to improve endurance. CONSTITUTION: Bearing installing structure for a manual transmission comprises an outer ring(71) inserted to a clutch housing(65) by being mounted on a bearing(70); a shaft(60) inserted to an inner ring(72) of the bearing; a bearing ball(73) installed between the inner ring and the outer ring; a groove(65') formed on the clutch housing; an elastic ring(80) compensating heat by being inserted between the outer ring and the clutch housing; and an oil seal(75) preventing leakage of oil by being mounted between the shaft and the clutch housing. Thereby, the bearing installing structure for the manual transmission prevents noise by mounting a component absorbing difference of heat expansion.
